My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
Although I've been purchasing cars for almost 40 years, I've never had the attention to my desires nor pleasant experience that I did at MileOne Heritage Cadillac this past Saturday. From my original conversation with Larry about the model and features of the Cadillac I was looking for, to his efforts in trying to match me with the right car, to the actual purchase, every aspect of this purchase was better than "Great." And then there was Stephanie in F and I. Who good ask to have a more cheerful and caring employee?? She was just terrific!! Overall, even though I traveled from Alexandria, VA to purchase this automobile, I would not hesitate to do so again given my experience. A wonderful dealership and staff!

Bill Keys and larry Eaton were very helpfull and finding the right cadillac for me!
Great People! Great Service! They found the exact vehicle I need quickly, friendly
negotions with sales rep, very little pressure, just accurate dealing!
When arriving at the dealer I was greated professionaly and with assited immediatly
with the vehicle I was requesting. Great pleasure to deal with dealership!

Excellent Service! I found the entire process from start to finish to be professional and consumer friendly and would recommend this dealership to other potential customers for sales. The sales and financial representative was both pleasant and easy going. The overall transaction was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Very pleased with processing of the transaction.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
I had a very good expereince purchasing my Cadillac SRX from this dealer and in my interactions with the employees in all aspects of the sale. If purchasing a car, having a trade in, and negotiating financing was this easy, I would never go to any other dealer. Even the manager of the financing process (a black female whose name I failed to remember) took a personal approach to finalize the deal with caring and concern. I felt like Heritage cared about me, allowed me to make the best deal I could, and really valued my business. You just don't see this type of business model any longer and it is refreshing to know that business can still be business, but caring about your customers and their continued relationship can also be maintained as well. Thanks to you guys and gal for all that you've done

My husband and I both Purchased vehicles from This dealership, Everyone was so nice especially our dealer Karim, The experience was very pleasant Karim worked with me to make sure i got exactly what i wanted at a great price, I would highly recommend this dealership to my family and friends. What a great place to do business. Everyone was so nice. I think about 6 different employess said hello to me: Karim was very helpful and he made me feel comfortable with making my purchase. They also said if I send them customers and they buy they will pay me! It doesn't get any better...but wait, it did. Karim also gave me a voucher for a free first oil change.

Scott was an excellent salesman. He was not pushy and was a pleasure to work with. He gave me the best price that I could find from any other dealership. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend Scott to my friends as a salesman and the dealership as a whole.

Excellent to work with. Commited to the Cadillac brand!
Greeting was proffessional; Sales process was seamless and not intimidating. Negotiation was rather simple and inventory matched the need.
I would recommend the dealership - it is my second Cadillac lease from Heritage and they are a supurb dealership.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
I know Lisa from another job and she was the one who told me to come to this dealership. We talked to many dealers and Heritage was the only one that was able to get the car we wanted. The only thing that bothered me was the paint on my vehicle was extra-a lot extra. That seems ridiculous especially when you consider the price of the car. Also, a dealership down the street(they don't sell Cadillac but almost every other) offers free oil changes for the life of the car. That would be nice

My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
Larry & Stephanie both knew of my credit situation. They both listened and patiently helped me to find the best car for my money. I saw one vehicle that was "ME" and they checked the price, financing and monthly cost before I even set foot outside to test-drive it. Since this car & I were meant to be together, they made it happen.
When I need another car for myself, my husband or any friends looking for an honest deal and friendly personnel, I'll DEFINATELY send them to HERITAGE CADILLAC!!
