Just purchased my third vehicle (motorcycle). Just when I thought their service can't get any better, it does. My emails were responded to quickly and informatively. When we met to sign the deal it could not have gone smoother. The paperwork was ready when I arrived and the entire process took only minutes to complete. The entire sales team was great.

Great service. This was our second vehicle purchased here and the service was even better the second time than the first. Larry is great to work with. He is knowledgeable and always does what he promises to do. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer.

Larry was extremely helpful in our purchase and trade-in. We first searched all websites and dealers in our area for the best price and Heritage was our choice due to the fact that their prices were lower than all competitors. I contacted the dealership and met Larry that same night. In no time, we were on the road. The transaction was seemless and Larry even watched our dog while we went on the test ride. The atmosphere was very friendly and this was hands down my best car buying experience. I will continue to use Heritage Bel-Air for all future car purchases and have already recommended him / the dealership to many friends and family members.

Bel Air Heritage Mile One Cadillac salesman found the used car I was looking for and offered it at below what other dealers were offering. The sales process was made easy and expediant. All questions and concerns were dealt with in a professional manner. Everything was explained in detail. Follow up on my purchase since has been excellent. I have recommended Heritage Mile One to other memebers of my family and friends and they also have purchased vehicles from Heritage.

I've purchased or leased 3 Cadillac's from Mr. Leavitt with most satisfactory results.
I would recommend him highly and the Heritage Cadillac dealership.I would hope that their Cadillac franchise is renewed in October 2010 as there are only 2 other
dealerships that are in the greater Baltimore area.

Went to Hertiage dealership on Harford road and was not happly with the service. I was refered to the Bel Air location. Went to the Bel Air location and was greeted with respect, patience, and understanding by stephanie the finance Manager. Stephanie had Jeremy show me the cars and Jeremy was great he answered my questions and understood me. So far the car is drive well. Thanks Stephanie and Jeremy.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
From the day that I first walked into the dealership, Jeremy treated me as if I was a member of his family. He and his team gave my trip to a dealership a comfortable and memorable experience. My mom and I were so impressed how he and his team treated us with the upmost respect and it seemed as if I had known everybody for years. To top things off the finance specialist Stephanie Thorton treated me like a son. I will definitely be back when it is time to buy my next car.
