My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
Bruce was fantastic. I am disabled, MS, so I do all of my shopping over the phone. I found a car my daughter wanted at heritage. I called and negotiated a price with Bruce and he offered to deliver the car to me, since they are 70 miles away. He delivered the car on Saturday morning to me. I drove the car for a day to check it out. I gave the car to her on Sunday and she loved it. It was an inticement and a necessity as she needed some way to get to college. She dropped out of HS, bored, snd is now in Montgomery College. Thank you for exemplary service.

Fred was very pleasant to deal with. He turned the process of buying a used car into a happy saturday experience. I am very satisfied with thisbuying experience. I would also like to say that Hilary Holliday, the business manager, was extreamly efficient and also added to a good buying experience.

The sales and service experience at Heritage Cadillac in Bel Air was exceptional. The moment I walked through the door, I was greeted in a friendly non pressure atmosphere. The sales staff was extremely knowledgable answering all of my many questions. The finance staff was pleasent, without the typical high pressure tactics that I have experienced at other dealerships. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I had a fantastic expereince, Fred was very helpful and informative. I will definetly recommend this dealership to others! From the moment I came to the dealership I was welcomed and all my needs were met. They also were great at helping me out with dealing with Captial One, which is where my financing was coming from. Overall a fantastic job!

I just purchased my first Cadillac. I got the 2009 SRX. I have owned Chevrolets my whole life and wanted to upgrade to something with a little more luxery. Not only did I get a great car but I got Cadillac treatment as well. Dave Himmer was one of the most knowledgeable and friendly sales people I have ever met. He didn't pressure me at all and he was very helpful in helping me to find the right car for me. I would recomend anyone looking for a car to see Dave.

VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF CAR AND PRICE NEGIOATION WAS VERY HASSLE FREE. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. I HAVE USED THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE BEEN ABLE TO PROPERLY DIAGNOSE THE PROBLE, CORRECTLY AND THEIR PRICING WAS VERY FAIR. THEY PROVIDE SHUTTLE SERVICE TO NEARBY LOCATIONS AND HAVE EXCELLENT HOURS.

My wife and I purchased a new Cadillac STS and it was just a great experience. Everyone was extremely professional and polite. I had shopped three other Cadillac dealerships prior to visiting Heritage and Heritage had the best price and selection. My Review of MileOne Heritage Cadillac :
I bought a Cadillac CTS this past Friday at Heritage - which I ordered a few weeks prior. I got the call that the car was in on the day that it poured rain all day long but couldn't wait to pick up my car. I got there filled out the paperwork which didn't take that long then I had to get some things out of my old car - which Syd did for me becasue of the rain. Then they pulled my new car into the Service department to show me the vechile so again I didn't have to get wet. It was a great overall car buying experience. Later at dinner my wife commented that they didn't feel like "car sales people" at all.
