I purchased my Chevy Equinox from Heritagethis dealership. Mark Divey, my sales rep, was both very knowledgeable and professional. All of the staff was very pleasant and accomodating. I feel they worked very hard to get me to my desired payment. I would definitely do business with this dealership again!

In July, 2008, I purchased a Pontiac Solstice from MileOne Heritage Chevy Buick. The Internet ad was what piqued my interest in the car. From the time I walked into the showroom until I drove the the car home. Thank you Randall and Avery! I love my Solstice!!! Thank you for your hard work and for making it happen. I have bought 3 cars from Avery Stewart. One would ask, why the same guy? Avery is not your average salesman. When we saw him to buy our third car the first thing he said to us was that he put on a fresh pot of coffee. He remembered our fondness for coffee. Its the small things that set Avery apart. NO hassles no haggling about price. He kindly Shepard you through the buying process. He puts you at ease. A professional not afraid to be personable. In regards to the cars, they have been quite enjoyable to own. That is why my overall experience of the dealer is as high as it is, from Avery to the finance guy to the manager who had to say hi to us, they worked to make our buying experience a success. That is why I would continue to go back.

I have purchased 8 or 9 cars over the many years. Not at anytime have I been treated as well as I have with Avery Stewart. Avery is the opposite of what the industry reputation is. He showed great patience and knowledge helping me make a difficult desision. I feel that if more salespeople took the approach that Avery has sales and repeat sales would be higher. At the end of the day it is how one is treated not the car they are buying. I would not hesitate to call Avery for any future purchases.

Highly, highly recommend this dealership. We have bought our last 3 cars from Mile One Heritage and have been quite satisfied and pleased with all 3 vehicles. Avery Stewart has provided amazing, thorough, top-notch customer service. He even personally drove to another dealer in the next State to bring back the Chevy pickup we wanted. George Boggs is also a very reliable, honest and helpful salesperson. He sold us our first Chevrolet from Heritage. These guys truly go above and beyond. They have helped us find discounts when applicable. Randall Melvin, the sales manager, always makes sure we get first-class service. Friendly and caring service goes a long way!!

Our 2008 Z06 Corvette is extremely well cared for by the Service department, run by service adviser Carla Malloy. Sean Lewis takes care of our 'vette. He is one of the best Corvette specialists on the East Coast--if not in the entire country. Sean installed the custom items we ordered for the 'vette and does a thorough, immaculate job.

We have been highly pleased with the service, selection, assistance and ease of dealing with Heritage for our Chevys and with the Service Department.

My Review of Mile One Heritage Chevy Buick:
My check engine light was on for a few days and I couldn't ignore it any longer. Since I was driving right by the dealership I called to see if the could squeeze me in. No problem they told me. I was expecting to have to wait for a while but the service advisor came in a few seconds after I sat down in the waiting room - told me what needed to be and that it would take about an hour. No problem I had bought my laptop and could get some work done. 45 minutes later they handed my keys - the repair was under warranty and I was on my way. So quick and easy.
