It was a pleasure to have Mike Meade as our sales rep.
I was currently going to work with the Honda Sales Rep closer to our area in Bel Air.
But when it came down to who we wanted to have the sale...we decided Mike Meade was the one!
We found him to be more professional with the follow up calls then the one in Bel Air. That was the main reason
we decided to give him the sale! Mike very detailed and professional with the sale.
It was a pleasure working with him and we felt no presure to buy! This was my first time dealing with Honda Heritage and it was a great buying experience! You have a great team at your location!

I have previously bought a Honda Mini-Van from Bill Gretes and my father had bought 2 Hondas from Mr, Bill and he is what you would find in the dictionary under Gentleman. Just a pleasure to deal with, all Honda's are great cars, but Bill brings it to the table. Without him I could have gone to any Honda Dealership and purchased my CR-V and been happy with the car but I will go to Heritage Honda for service and add on's just to see Bill. Great Guy - True Gentleman.

I had my first service/oil change at Heritage Honda in Towson – not only was I in and out in less than 30 minutes but the walls were filled with pink ribbons of donation and support for breast cancer! The cashier told me that they do a walk every year – how awesome is that! A company that cares will get my business. Thanks!

I just bought my Pilot at Heritage Honda in Parkville and they were so awesome to work with! The Sales Manager Eric said that his wife has a Pilot and he sat in the car with me for half an hour showing me all of the cool things about the Pilot and what his wife likes about it and how she has everything set up in it like the cup holder, the cargo net in the back, etc. They were so great – would totally recommend them to anyone!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Parkville:
I have my oil changes done at Heritage Honda even though I didn't purchase there. They have an express service, which is like a jiffy lube in price and wait time, but the experience and knowledge of Honda Certified Master Technicians. Plus, MUCH nicer waiting area than any "quick service" place that I have ever been to!
