I researched the vehicle and the dealerships online to be sure I would be dealing with ethical and customer oriented people. I found that at this dealership. Joe Ski was very responsive via email and respected my time and request for only email communication. My husband and I walked away the exactly the vehicle we wanted, feeling happy and satisfied about the experience. I would absolutely recommend Joe Ski to my friends because I know they will be treated with respect and fairness.

If you need to buy a car Joe Ski is the man I would recommend. I came accross him while obtaining internet quotes. Not only was he the lowest quote from the beginning, but he gave a price low enough that I could not find someone to match him. He promised me from the start that he was not going to sell me a bunch of extras that I didn't want. He came through when the car that I purchased had extras that he did not charge me for, because keeps his word. I kept waiting for the unpleasantness of car buying to appear, but it never happened. I HATE purchasing cars, but I can tell you this guy does not play the games that drives many customers from dealerships. Honest and an extremely pleasant and upbeat guy too. Next time you need a car do YOURSELF a big favor and go see Joe Ski @ Herritage Honda.

We just purchased a new 2008 Honda Accord and had the great pleasure of dealing with Joe "Ski". He treated us with the greatest level of respect and courtesy during the entire purchase process. He gave us exactly what we asked for and at no time tried to pressure us into packages or add-ons that we didn't want or need. I have purchased several new cars and this had to be the easiest and most pleasant purchase ever. I will be ready for another auto purchase in a couple of years and will likely go back to Joe for that purchase.

I would recommend him to anyone who likes to avoid the high pressure sales pitch and knows what they want. He provides a level of service that is severely lacking in the new car sales market today.

Joe made my car buying experience completely painless. He delivered the deal promised, and he treated me with a great deal of courtesy and kindness. I visited other dealerships that either ignored me or tried to add multiple unwanted options to the car. Joe applied none of these tactics. He just provided me with a fair and honest deal. I would highly recommend buying a new Honda from Joe Lonczynski and Heritage of Westminster!

Was referred to Joe Ski to purchase a new Accord. I knew what I wanted, and he was more than happy to give me a very competitive price on the exact make, model and features I was looking for with no extra bull (like when other dealers try and figure out how much they can get you to spend). Joe was extremely honest and up-front, and didn't waste my time trying to sell me extras I didn't want nor need. On delivery day, the car was washed, waxed and ready to go as promised, which is very important since Westminster is almost an hour away from where I live. There are 5 other Honda dealerships closer to me than MileOne Westminster, yet I would go back to them first because of Joe.

Had a great experience dealing with Joe on my lease of a 2009 Pilot. I had visited another dealership first and was not treated as well and felt like they were just out to get the highest price they could. I called Joe based on a reccomendation from a coworker who recently purchased a vehicle from him. Joe gave me the deal I was looking for without any hassle. He was a pleasure to deal with , was polite to me and my family and was truly interested in making sure I got what I wanted. I am in the market for another Honda and will most definately meet with Joe again.

My husband and I just bought a Honda Fit from Pete and we were treated very well at Heritage Mile One. Pete's professional and personal attention were greatly appreciated and we will surely be calling him when it's time for a new car!

We also own a 2004 Honda Civic that had a noise that 2 other Honda service departments could not identify; however, Tom in the service department informed us right away that it was the catalytic converter and that Honda covered the part under warranty. We will definitely be bringing both of our Honda's to Heritage for service from now on.

I live in York,PA and heard about the dealership from a friend who also purchased a car there. I contacted the dealership via e-mail about a new Honda Odyssey. Joe Ski responded almost immediately and also contacted by phone a while later.My wife and I went down to the dealership in Westminster a few days later and could not believe that we made a purchase without having to negotiate a deal as I have always had to do in the past with dealers in my area. Joe Ski gave us the bottom line out the door price on the spot and no other Honda dealer I talked to didn't even come close to our deal.I would recommend this dealership to everyone,and especially Joe Ski our salesman. We are very
happy with our new Odyssey.

I've had my car in several times over the years for repairs and maint. the people at Heritage's service department have always been friendly,respectful, and helpful. Their quality of service has always been outstanding. Pricing has always been reasonable, esp. for having the highly trained techs and factory parts they have.They're building a new "state of the art facility" and I can't wait to try it! I would recommend adam rew and his service team to anyone who needs their Honda serviced or repaired! I'll never have my 2 hondas serviced anywhere else. I've purchased both of them there, and their sales staff has always gone out of their way to treat me like family! I rated them all 5's because they are worth it!!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster:
Mr Lonczynski, or Ski as he prefers is a very personable considerate and straight forward no-nonsense salesman! He knows the cars, he knows the dealership and most important he knows what annoys the average customer and avoids that at all costs.
I Emailed the dearlership about a CR-V. Ski returned my message and had several choices for me to look at. I went to the dealer and drove away with my new CR-V the same day. I wanted some dealer accessories installed I bought the day I got the car. I brought my car back 2 days later for the work. I was given a rental car at NO charge for the day and picked my car up later that afternoon and it was perfect. That was the most pleasant experience buying a new car and having it serviced I ever had! Ski is a gentleman and treated me with respect and honesty.
He goes out of his way to please the customer and is very sincere.
Something that some dealerships in my area has lost sight of!
About a month later my daughter needed a new car. We of course went to see Ski. It was no fluke, he is the genuine article. He treated my daughter like family. She test drove a new Civic and of course loved it. She drove away with it about 3 hours later. Another excellent experience, pain less and stress free. No gimmicks or pressure from Ski. Only the truth, a truly welcomed concept of selling cars. It simply does not get any easier than that.
I have shared my experience with family and friends and they are impressed. Dealerships have gotten a not totally underserved reputation lately of being pushy and arrogant towards customers.
It was the first Honda for me and my daughter and we could not be happier. I thought the price was excellent and the finance rate was very good. Between the quality of the car and the buying process, I have a completly different point of view of that Honda dealership and a friend I call Ski.
In my opinion, buying a Honda at Heritage of Westminster is like stopping by a friend's place and saying hi and oh by the way I need to buy a new car.
