My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
I've been dealing with Ken Arment since 2005. I was returning from overseas and although had already decided that my vehicle of choice was the MAZDA 3 Grand Touring Hatchback, had not yet chosen a dealership. I searched to see what MAZDA dealerships would be in my location on my return and contacted them via email. Ken was not only immediately responsive, but constantly communicated with me until my return, ensuring that all my requirements were met and had my car waiting for me at the dealership the day after I flew back in country for me to purchase. The other dealerships contacted, did not want to deal with me unless I visited them in person, which was of no use to me.
I also have to say as a woman, it was the first time in my 25 years of buying cars, that I wasn't made to feel insignificant. My past experiences purchasing were such that, I was treated like the "little" woman, who didn't know what she wanted and couldn't make a decision unless I had a man in tow. Ken was a breath of fresh air. Since 2005 I have purchased 2 cars from Ken, and I use the Heritage Bel Air Mazda Dealership for all my services. Ken always takes the time no matter how busy to say Hi and has become more like a friend than my car salesman. When my boyfriend returned in 2007 I took him to Ken and since then he too has bought and serviced his cars at Heritage Mile One Mazda Bel Air.
I also have to say that the the service dept is the best I've ever attended. The personnel, especially Mike Weatherly, are helpful, always attentive, very pleasant to deal with and a phone call away if I need them. As long as I live in Maryland, the only delaership I plan to use is Heritage Mile One Mazda in Bel Air, no matter what distance I have to travel.
