My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
I initially contacted James at MileOne Mazda in Bel Air with an interest in a new Mazdaspeed3, being referred over from the Mazda dealership in Owings Mills (they are not a Mazdaspeed dealer.) James was quick to reply and get me some info via e-mail after we spoke on the phone. I did not have a chance to come and drive the car immediately, and James let me know that he or Wil would be glad to bring it to me (I live in the Downtown area, 35 minutes or so away.) Regardless, I had my eye on another vehicle. When that fell through, I returned my focus to my original desire in a car -- Speed3. I contact James and Wil in the evening at the end of the month, and quarter, asking them tons of questions and wanting a lot of info. They took a good deal of time at this busy period and talked with me, as did their used vehicle manager (John, I believe) about my trade in.

I ended up arriving at the dealership a few minutes after close on the 31st, last week, and we immediately began to value my trade. After we established a more than adequate value there, James and Wil negotiated very fairly with me to get to the price I wanted. They both stayed until after Midnight with me to get the paperwork done, as did their finance manager.

It was late, so I headed out with a semi-cleaned car that needed a few of the accessories that the vehicle came with. Wil and James were vigilant and patient in their dealings with me after they had sold me the car. After a week they had gotten everything together and I came back, got the rest of what they had promised me, and even got a quick detail on the car and a tank of gas for free.

In the last few weeks I have been to more than a couple of dealerships, and while other sales people were alright (although very persistent) the folks at MileOne Mazda were great to deal with and extremely nice. As a professional salesperson myself, I was very pleased to find such courtesy and helpful people in an industry known for pushiness. I highly recommend going to see either James or Wil should you be interested in a Mazda. I am far closer to many other Mazda dealers, but I will almost certainly be driving out there for all my service and needs in the future with this car. Excellent job guys, keep up the awesome work!

This is my second Mazda purchase with this dealer. In both transactions I came away satisfied with my deal.

This sales experience was mostly pleasurable and there was no pressure to purchase. Dustin was very helpful during the vehicle selection process, sale and close. James helped work and make the deal. Ms. Thorton was very pleasurable and friendly to work with during the paperwork which was a breeze.

I my expectations were met on price and vehicle.

I purchased a new Mazda CX-9 from Heritage Mazda of Bel Air. I researched the car and pricing online and contacted several dealers in the area. Ken Arment responded quickly. They had the car in stock and the best price. When I came in Ken had everything ready and I was in signing papers in ten minutes. Whole thing took a little over a half and hour. Quick and easy. Great buy! Great Service!

Our Mazda3 was serviced here recently and we could not have asked for a better experience. The quality, professionalism and overall experience were outstanding. The car was still under warranty and experiencing an unusual problem with the air bag sensor. The service manager, Mike Weatherman, was persistent in determining the underlying cause of the problem and completing the repair.

I would definitely recommend Mile One Heritage Mazda of Bel Air to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Mazda or considering service for their car.

From when I put in my Internet request & got a very quick & personal response I knew this is where I wanted to my new car from. The salesman, sales manager & finance guy made this my best car buying experience I ever had. They made it a fun, quick & easy to buy a car...

After the sale the service department always takes great care of me for my oils changes on the car & parts guys are on top of getting me my accessories to add on to my Mazda 6.

I will be a lifetime customer here at Heritage Mazda of Bel Air & always tell my family & friends how happy I am with my Mazda 6!

I would like to start by saying"wow" what a great service dept.these guys and gal's are pro's both in customer satisfaction and professionalism.let me start by saying i had a problem with my mazdaand had been to the dealer i purchased the vehicle from (first mistake)!!3 times with no resolution.i called heritage mazda andspoke to there service manager michael and explained the issue.micheal when out of his way to help.I went to service center andmet with michael and he went on a test drive with me. within a coupleof miles michael heard my problem.he took the car into the shop andwithin an hour had repaired the issue!!!!all i can say is that this isthe best i have ever been treated by any new car dealership and i have purchased 4 new cars [just sorry i did'nt purchase there}.thanks again to heritage and there steller service !!!!
