My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
While living half way around the world Ken A. made our shopping experience the best ever. We were and still are treated as VIPs. After experiencing lots of dissatisfying moments with our local Mazda dealer, we now drive 50 miles to get to the BelAir Mazda dealership for all our vehicle services and repairs. From our buying experience to our interaction with service facilitators and check out personnel, we trust our vehicle to this group of courteous and professional staff members..

Employee(s) Dealt With: Larry Eaton

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
I hate car shopping, but I had to do it since I needed to replace my car that I just totaled. I went to Mile One looking at a loaded Mazda 3 in manual; I was also looking an Acura TSX in manual at another dealer that I really wanted.
I called up Mile One and reached Larry Eaton, he was very friendly and didn’t waste my time. He and even ran out on the lot to make sure the car was there so I would not be making a drive up and not be able to see the car. We planed for me to meet him at the dealership in the morning.
I arrived early expecting to scope out the car and see if I still wanted to drive it and deal with a dealership. I was looking over the car for about 10 minutes and was then greeted by Larry. Larry is a extremely nice, he showed me round the car and even refilled my coffee for me before we went on the test drive. After driving the Mazda 3 Larry quickly saw that I was not as happy as I thought I would be with the Mazda 3. I had done my research and knew there was nothing on the lot in my price range that I liked. Larry then took me over and showed me one of the six Mazda Speed6s they had.
I knew the car was too much money and that they would never hit my price point on a 5 year loan; so I agreed to test drive it. Wow, is all I can say. Larry picked the perfect car for me; I was in love and now sad knowing that I the car was too much money. But I was wrong, Larry asked me to wait while he ran some numbers to see which one he can get in to my price point. I was expecting him to come back and tell me that nothing could be done. I was wrong. Mile One didn’t just meet my monthly payment I wanted for the car over 5 years, they beat my price point. On top of that, they worked with Enterprise and took my Enterprise rental back that I needed to return over an hour away from the dealership. This meant I could dive my car back that some day! I would highly recommend going to Mile One and seeing what they can do for you or what Larry Eaton can do for you. I have had the car for over 6 months now and I still love it. Thank you Larry and Mile One

Employee(s) Dealt With: Ken Arment

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
I've been dealing with Ken Arment since 2005. I was returning from overseas and although had already decided that my vehicle of choice was the MAZDA 3 Grand Touring Hatchback, had not yet chosen a dealership. I searched to see what MAZDA dealerships would be in my location on my return and contacted them via email. Ken was not only immediately responsive, but constantly communicated with me until my return, ensuring that all my requirements were met and had my car waiting for me at the dealership the day after I flew back in country for me to purchase. The other dealerships contacted, did not want to deal with me unless I visited them in person, which was of no use to me.
I also have to say as a woman, it was the first time in my 25 years of buying cars, that I wasn't made to feel insignificant. My past experiences purchasing were such that, I was treated like the "little" woman, who didn't know what she wanted and couldn't make a decision unless I had a man in tow. Ken was a breath of fresh air. Since 2005 I have purchased 2 cars from Ken, and I use the Heritage Bel Air Mazda Dealership for all my services. Ken always takes the time no matter how busy to say Hi and has become more like a friend than my car salesman. When my boyfriend returned in 2007 I took him to Ken and since then he too has bought and serviced his cars at Heritage Mile One Mazda Bel Air.
I also have to say that the the service dept is the best I've ever attended. The personnel, especially Mike Weatherly, are helpful, always attentive, very pleasant to deal with and a phone call away if I need them. As long as I live in Maryland, the only delaership I plan to use is Heritage Mile One Mazda in Bel Air, no matter what distance I have to travel.

Employee(s) Dealt With: KEN ARMENT

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
I have dealt with Ken Arment at Mazda on a couple of occasions - He has always been friendly, professional and will do anything in his power to work it out. In our last experience - they did all they could to try to get the smoker smell out of the car we were looking at- The deal didn't work out because of the smell - but we never felt like Ken was holding us up on the car and we will be back to him again when it's time. Great service and we still get a birthday card from a car we bought 7 years ago - not a big thing but still attention to detail.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Bruce Curtis

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
Bought a used car from Bruce. There were a few minor issues with it but they were more than happy to correct those that were reasonable, after all it was a used car. Management was a bit like management but that was as expected. The salesman was great, knowledgeable and intelligent. Definitely a straight shooter and didn't try to over sell or be 'slick' and annoying. 10 out of 10. Will buy a car from him again.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
I have not purchased a new car in 20 years, so I was a little skeptical. However, I left on such a high, I wanted to pinch myself. Everyone was great!!! I would definitly go back and I would recomend them to everyone I know. They worked hard to find what I was looking for and thanked them for their patience.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Bruce Curtis

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
In over 40 years of buying cars, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Everyone was curtious and the process was very efficient in terms of time spent at the dealership. Bruce was very helpful and took the extra effort to make sure we were comfortable with our new purchase before we left.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Ken Arment

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda of Bel Air:
We have purchased 3 cars from Ken Arment at this dealership. In each case, the pricing was excellent with a minimum of haggling, the trades were fair, and we were offered whatever the best available financing was.

Additionally, the closing of the deal was soft sell. There was no pressure to buy the warranties and add ons. We listened to the presentations, and only had to say no thanks before moving on.

So far, our experiences with the service departments has been ok.... Fortunately, we have never had to deal with major repairs, only regular maintenance. Pricing in the shop was what you would expect at a dealer, no bargain, but within reason enough to not force us to seek out Jiffy Lube or other indy service shops.

Ken is a true professional, a far cry from the car sales guysof old. He allows the cars to sell themselves. Having bought about 14 new cars in the past 35 years, our three dealings with Ken have been the most pleasant and lowest pressure. As long as Mazda makes cars that we like, we will deal with him.
