Employee(s) Dealt With: Melody Carter

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
Melody listened to my requirements/wishlist on my first visit and didn't fool around with giving me a decent quote and evaluation on trade in about 30 minutes. She knew I was shopping different brands and therefore did not waste my time nor try to involve lengthy waits for sales mananagers or hold my car key hostage as many dealerships do. I went back to her two weeks later after checking out other brands, and we closed a deal with both parties satisfied within 30 minutes. The experience with Lorraine in finance was a breeze and efficient and clear. Communication regarding delivery of the vehicle two days later was frequent, accurate and proactive. The service/demo upon delivery was also efficient and clear. I left with no questions, always felt that my needs and time were respected throughout the entire process. I would recommend this dealership and Melody Carter.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Ralph Price

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
Ralph was not initially supposed to meet with me, but the salesperson I was supposed to see was with another client, so instead of making me wait, he enthusiastically said he would help me with whatever I needed. Ralph was patient and did not rush through explaining important features of the Mazda 3 Grand Touring that I was interested in buying.
When I decided that I was going to buy, I did not have to even leave Ralph's desk; the finance manager came to me. I know that's a little detail, but it was still really great. After the sale was completed, Ralph came out to the car and set up my Bluetooth for me, which was awesome because it saved me a lot of time, and then he called me so I could use that awesome feature immediately! Thank you, Ralph!!!

Employee(s) Dealt With: Dave, Lillian

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
I came into the dealership not expecting to buy the car. I came in to look at the cars that I saw online. From the moment I walked in I was asked if I needed help and I met with Dave. Dave was a very easy going and casual, answered all the questions that I had. He had shown me both of the cars that I requested to see which were a Mazda CX-7 and Subaru Legacy. Dave was very helpful and asked what my expectations were, how much I expected to pay, and so on. Dave was very patient and helped me find an insurance agent right for me. Overall the experience here was fantastic.

I ended up buying the Mazda CX-7 and so far I love it.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Ryan Greenberg

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
Ryan was very helpful. As a salesman obviously he wanted to sell me the car but in a very pleasant manner and not being "pushy". I felt very comfortable during the entire process. This is the fourth Mazda that I own, I started back with the GLC; but this is my first experience with Heritage. I love the car and I am enjoying it immensely. I am planning to come back to the dealer for the car services and maintenance, I hope that it is as good as everything has been so far.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
I came to Herritage with a specific car in mind to buy, but I ended up getting a newer bigger fancier car than I thought I could afford at the price that I wanted. I love my new car, it handles well and is really fun to drive. Ryan was also really nice and explained everything about the car and paper work thouroughly which was greatly appreciated.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Melody Carter

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
Melody answered all questions, responded quickly to email inquiries and maintained contact during the 6-8 weeks from initial contact to the actual purchase without being pushy or overbearing. she was really excellent. The only downside is the length of time it takes to "check with my manager" re: pricing negotiations/trade-in. It's like a game and a real turnoff to customers. In past car purchases from Mile One Heritage dealers (I have bought 2 other cars from them (Honda and a Subaru), everything was done via phone/internet and I had the price and all the paperwork done before arriving to the dealership to sign the papers. In this case, my son had to test drive the car that he bought first and that set us up for the whole salesperson/manager game. Having said that, all of the people that we dealt with were very nice.

I've got the best offer among any other Mazda dealers around. All the dealership stuff was extremely friendly, helpful, and NOT BORING in any manner.

I'm not a writer to provide review of the length your site is requiring. Sorry.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Dave Ginaitis

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
I had a great time dealing with Dave. The process was quick and easy and we got exactly what we were looking for. We bought a 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee. We took it for a test drive (which was extremely easy and we were in a high pressure enviroment) and then everything went from there. Great doing business with these guys. Thanks.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Melody,Lorraine, Jimmy & Scott

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
I really enjoyed my experience at this dealership. I think most impressive was how Lorraine the business manager was able to not only get me an incredible interest rate, but also display such patience and understanding while I anguished over my choices. The management was encouraging positive and very friendly. However from my first impression which was with Melody I knew I would enjoy the experience. Melody made it easy for me because I had already made up my mind on the car I wanted. She was personable, understanding and very enjoyable. I only have 2 real regrets the first was that the dealer did not really give me a discount or better value on my trade and the second was that they did not work to find the car I really wanted which was sitting on the lot at another dealership not far away. But these were relatively minor because this dealer saved me thousands of dollars by giving an amazing credit rate, one for which I thought I would never be eligible and they were extremely patient while I changed my mind several times. Unfortanetly the showroom does not have a children's area nor do they offer soft drinks or any type of amenity whatsover, but if you want that stuff go to a BMW or Audi Dealer. Again this is minor compared to the honest hard working people who work hard to make a car affordable and cut a square deal. Melody is a really beautiful and wonderful person and if you met her you would see why people drive all the way from Virginia just to work with her.

Employee(s) Dealt With: Dave Ginaitis

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
I first met Dave Ginaitis well over a month before I made my final selection on which vehicle to purchase. He was nice (but not in that fake salesman type of way), professional and extremely knowledgeable. He didn't try to pitch a hard sell or put any other undue pressure on me to buy. Instead, he took me on a test drive, explained my financing options, handed me his card and told me that they would hope that I would do business with them when I made my final decision.
Shortly thereafter I learned that my trade-in would be eligible for the government's cash-for-clunkers program. During the weeks preceding the launch of the program Dave kept in touch to inform me of all the program details and various requirements. When the day arrived Dave had everything setup so that I could drive away in my new Mazda 3 that evening.

What probably impressed me the most about the whole experience was when some of the registration paperwork that I provided was not in sufficient order for the cash-for-clunker program. I'll admit that I was slightly "ticked" and, instead of becoming flustered himself, Dave very calmly and politely explained the situation and calmed me down almost immediately (they were on the line for the $4,500 after all). Indeed, Dave and his team were able to pull up additional paperwork which nullified the error and allowed me to drive off in my new car that same evening.

I probably visited a good fifteen or so different car dealerships while I was shopping for a new vehicle. Some were good, some were bad but in the end this dealership was the one who earned my business. Although I (hopefully) will not be in the market for a new car for quite awhile I would certainly recommend this dealership without hesitation.

...and I love the new car, in case anyone was wondering.
