My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
My husband spent hours looking on the internet for just the right car for our family. He finally convinced me to take the ride from PA to MD and that is where we met Melody Carter of Mile One Heritage Mazda. Melody impressed us both very quickly with her knowledge of the vehicle we were considering. After a relaxing test drive we returned to the dealership where we were greated by the Manager and Owner. My husand and I have purchased many vehicles over the years and we were extremely impressed with the professionalism and team players of Heritage Mazda. Everyone was very helpful and the environment was friendly. Thank you so much Melody and your co-workers for a very pleasant buying experience. We love our Mazda 3.....ZOOM, ZOOM, ZOOM!!!!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
We have purchased 12 other vehicles over our adult lifetime and
as Ford 'friends of the family' for the last 5 vehicles we thought
it could not be any better until we got to MileOne.

So why was it good.
1) Friendly and didn't pressure us
2) were very fast in the overall processing time. Sometimes
it seems like it can take hours once you have decided to buy the car.
Not with Mileone. Maybe 45 minutes. that was unbelieveable.
3) All involved were willing to work with us to get the deal done.
4) we could not ask for more for service, friednliness, price and the overall experience. the quality of work of each individual involved
showed that they cared about doing the purchase easily and quickly.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Mazda:
This was the first new car purchase for me and my husband, so of course we were nervous. We needed to trade in our current car and Heritage Mazda gave us a very fair price for the trade. The staff was great and friendly. Our sales person went out of his way to find the car that we wanted. They fully explained all of our options for this new car purchase. They also made the process of buying a car as quick and convenient as possible. Our sales person even called two days after our purchase just to make sure we were happy with our new car.
