Very friendly, good prices on used cars. If there's a problem that got through, they'll give you a loaner car and fix your purchase for free. Very willing to walk through the entire process for my first car purchase. Good rates on financing and lots of options.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Volkswagen:
Dan at Heritage was great to work with. I found out they had a TDI Cup, so I immediately went in. There was no pressure to buy and it was a relaxed, nice environment. He and the staff got me a very fair trade for my vehicle and I was extremely excited to buy the car. Overall great experience and I would go back to Dan and Heritage for another VW.

The service department is great. I live closer to a different VW dealership (Baltimore area) and took my TDI in for a check engine light. I was treated terribly and left with the problem unresolved. It was a software problem and the ECU needed reflashed. I took the car to Heritage for my 10k service and before I tell them about the reflash they said they would be performing it.

Heritage is A+ in my book. Thanks Dan! 42 mpg and 12k+ miles later and I love it.

My experience with Heritage was really great. Dan was a good salesman, and you could really tell that he valued the products that he sells. There was no pressure to buy something that you did not want. The car is great, and I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

Harvey was great, very responsive and made buying a car very easy. I test drove more than one car in the hot sun and accommodated my wife and I with a smile the whole time. Even after all that, he did not pressure us to buy a vehicle which was great. I would buy another car from here for sure.

After finding the particular VW Eos I liked online, my wife and I visited Heritage for a test drive. Our salesperson, Erik Stafford, was most accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and helped us sort out different financing plans. There was no pressure and he gave us some private time to discuss the purchase. Once we purchased the vehicle he thoroughly explained all the controls and set up the first maintenance date. We would definitely recommend Heritage and Erik to anyone reading this Dealer Review.

My Review of MileOne Heritage Volkswagen:
My experience with Heritage was an excellent one. From the moment I sent a request for a test drive via the website, I was impressed with their super fast response. I sent the request about 11:00 p.m. and I received an email response in about an hour and it was NOT an automated response. I received a response from Harvey who told me that he received my request via his Blackberry but wasn't near a computer and when he got to one, he would officially reply. The very next day I received an email from Erik Stafford saying that Harvey referred me to him because he handled Internet VW requests. Erik was helpful in searching and finding me a VW Eos in the colors I wanted, and he did it very quickly. Buying a car is a big investment. I liked that Erik didn't pressure me at all to make my purchase but assured me that Heritage could give me a dynamite interest rate and a payment I could afford, and they did.

I just bought my car on August 9th and it's only August 12th so I haven't dealt with the service department yet. I may have gotten a better deal on my Eos at other dealers, (I did call one to get information but they never called me back) but I was so impressed with the initial experience at Heritage, I am hoping that their service department is just as good. Heritage made me feel like my business was really valued and not like they were doing me a favor selling me a car.

Heritage is smart to focus on good customer service because when I have a good experience someplace I always tell people. So far, everyone I dealt with, from sales to financing my VW was friendly, courteous, very helpful and patient because I asked alot of questions.

I am looking forward to enjoying my Eos for a long time!

My Review of MileOne Heritage Volkswagen:
I researched the GTI for few months before finally deciding on buying one from Heritage VW. Erik Stafford, the salesperson I spoke to, was a pleasure to deal with. He walked me through the entire buying process without any hiccups. The most important aspect of this experience was that I was never under any pressure from him or the dealer to buy the car. The VW GTI that I bought was difficult to find at this point of time, being slowly replaced by the 2011 models. Erik emailed me as soon as he found one and I ended up buying that one. The car is a an absolute pleasure to drive. It had just the only accessory I was interested in, and the test drive and the final purchase were completed on the same day. Erik directed me to the foreign professionals program which gave me a superb financing deal. I have not had any problems with the car thus far, and it gives me 30mpg overall, which is very impressive for a performance vehicle. I'd recommend the dealer without any hesitation and also would place Erik Stafford as the most knowledgeable person I have met on the car-buying trail. Thank you!

can't miss with a volkswagen, and heritage does a great job with sales. pain free, and good value with my trade in. Dan made clear that he was new to the job, but he was very knowledgeable, helpful, and accomodating. no pushing! this was my 3rd consecutive vw purchase here, and i am a customer for life. with or without the great service policies, i have all service done here too.

I was very happy with the service I got at Mile One Heritage Volkswagen. They were able to give us exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. They did a through job of explaining all the options on the car and made sure we were comfortable with the car before we left.
