Joe is a top notch salesman and a great guy. He patiently spent a lot of time locating a Grand Cherokee that was within our budget and was very attentive to our needs.

The dealership also obtained the best loan rate around which was very helpful.

This dealership offered superior customer service. They made the shopping experience for a new car a very pleasant one. My salesman, Mike, was very courteous and answered any and all questions I asked. The sales manager, Mark, made my transaction go very smooth and I will recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends when looking to purchase a new car. I hope the service department is as customer friendly as the sales department.

I visited this dealership on-line first to search their new car inventory and sent an inquiry. The speed of response with vehicles available including price quotes was excellent. Called after receiving quotes to check availability, traveled to dealership within the hour and purchased vehicle. Was greeted immediately by staff upon entering. The knowledge of our salesman was excellent, he was very friendly, easy to deal with.

Vehicle was ready for pick-up date and time we requested. Salesperson's review of vehicle was precise and extensive.

Hours of service department appear very accommodating with shuttle service available.

I shopped over 20 Jeep dealerships within 150 miles of my home via the internet. Motor World had the most inventory of the model I was shopping for (Jeep Patriot)and the best price by far. I was very pleased with the entire experience from test driving and choosing my vehicle through the final purchase. Joe and Bob were very helpful, friendly and I was not pushed or pressured into a slae of a vehicle or any extras that I did not want. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Knowing I wanted a jeep but not sure exactly what kind or color I started my search. I had been to two other dealers without much assurance. Jeep Grand Cherokees are hard to come by right now, and the sales people did not offer me much help. The staff at Motor World were so kind, friendly, and sincere.I felt right away I would get my jeep. Mr Slacktish, whom I spoke to on the phone, first, assured me he would help me find what I wanted. He was extremely helpful and honest. He spent a lot of time hunting down a vehicle for me. I got exactly what I wanted. He also took the time to go over everything in the jeep to make sure I knew what I was doing.

Therfore you have a happy motorist. I would not only reccommend Auto World but will return. Kudos to MMike SAlacktish. He made my purchase a pleasure.

What a outstanding experience! I was involved in a car wreck which resulted in my car being totaled. I needed a car quickly and went online to research cars and was contacted by Motorworld and was refered to Mike. The entire car buying experience was more than I expected. Mike was very professional through out the entire transaction. When I drove off with my new car I knew without a doubt I received a good deal and will return again and again. Thank you Mike for your understanding and going the extra mile for my husband and I!

We had been thinking about getting a new car for awhile. We decided to check out some of the available models at Motorworld. Mike greeted as as we browsed the showroom. He was very pleasant and did not try to "sell" us a car. He asked the right questions but let us talk about what we wanted. Then he made suggestions and showed us various vehicles he thought met our criteria. We never felt pressured which is one thing I appreciated because my experience in the past has always been high pressure sales. This was not that way at all. I had used Motorworld for service on two Chrysler products I owned and have always been satisfied with their service but this was my first buying experience with them. Mike also had a great sense of humor and made the buying experience a pleasant one.

I went to Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre because of their great reputation and outstanding selection. From the start I was welcomed and assisted as if I had been a customer for years. The gentelmen at Motorwold were extremely helpful and willing to do everything they could to get me into my new car of choice. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and beneficial and I would highly recommend doing buisness with them.
