My Review of MileOne Motorworld Honda:
Both Bernice Brezinski, the sales consultant, and Tiffany Zawadzki, the business manager, went out of thier way to explain everything about the new Honda Civic that we had purchased. Tiffany also explained to us the warranty, that we decided to purchase, that also. Bernice went out of her way to make sure we had the color we really liked. We were please with our treatment at Motorworld, and will recommend it to others and return there again for other purchases.

The Honda service manager always handles my service needs in a professional, prompt,and efficient manner. She is the best! I do not,however,think the labor charges are reasonable.Since the review was deemed not long enough I am adding this extra sentence.

My Review of MileOne Motorworld Honda:
Service was quick, and the people were very friendly. I order of importance: waiting room had wifi (internet access), coffee, newspaper, TV and comfortable chairs. Also there was the option of a drivers to drop you off at work if you do not want to wait.

Accessory department was below standard. Doesn't open until 9:00 am. I came back at 11:20 PM and the door was locked. I had the person "paged" an

My Review of MileOne Motorworld Honda:
The whole staff was more than courteous. I was offered help from everyone i talked to. They were very accommodating, allowing me to test any and every car i was interested in. Which brings me to my next point; there were a lot of cars. It was really nice to have such a huge selection of both makes and models to look at all under one roof. While browsing and driving, i was never pressured. I received accurate answers to any questions i had, but other than that, the decision making process was left in my hands (where it should be). In the end, I got a really good deal on a really good car, and although there may be good deals on other good cars out there, the experience at motorworld was the best car buying experience i have ever had. Oh, and don't speed in their parking lot.

They were prompt in calling about issues with my car early enough so it could be taken care of. Also, the service did not take all day, which worked with my personal schedule perfectly! The employee who assisted me once I was there to pick up my car, helped me efficiently and with a great attitude.

My Review of MileOne Motorworld Honda:
Since purchasing my Honda Accord in 2003 I have taken it to Motorworld Wilkes-Barre for Service.
They have always done a great job and the people working in the Service area have always been friendly, professional and helpful. Mike seems to be the person I have dealt with the most and he is my "expert" when I come in for service. He discusses what is needed and has suggestions when things need to be done. I trust him with my car and know when I drive out that I am safe and the car was well taken care of.

My Review of MileOne Motorworld Honda:
I was directed to Motorworld Honda Service by my regular auto service provider because they could not positively determine the reason by car pulled to the right when stepping on the gas. My service provider thought it might be a bad motor mount. It was not the motor mount but compliance bushings. This was quickly corected by Motorworld Honda. My only disappointment was that Motorworld stated that the car needed an alignment. I returned to my regular service provider for an alignment and was told that all
specifications were within acceptable ranges.

Sales staff were very helpful, without putting any pressure on making a sale. This is the second Honda we purchased and our kids leased two Honda Civics from this dealer. Needless to say we have had good experiences over the past six years at this dealership.

This is by far the best buying experience I have had with an automobile dealer. First the salesman Nate, was friendly, curteous and knowlegeable. Not pushy, a good listener and interested in what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell. Kudos, Nate. Tiffany, warm, friendly and caring. Explained everything clearly. Made my decision easy. My Review of MileOne Motorworld Honda:
Our experience with Don and Joe was exemplary. Don is knowledgeable, personable, and got right to the point with us. He took us for a test ride in the car, made sure we were both comfortable driving it and took pains to explain all of the car's features. When Fred went in to sign the papers with Joe, Don took me outside to go over the car, saving time for us, which we had indicated was very important. Fred was extremely impressed with Joe's knowledge and efficiency.

We will be back to buy another vehicle soon.
