My Review of MileOne Tischer BMW:
I recently purchased a 2007 BMW 328xi from Tischer BMW, and my experience there has been very pleasant. As I did most of my car shopping online, I found their listings comprehensive and informative (pics, online carfax report). I sent in an e-mail inquiry, received a call from Manny the next day, and scheduled a test drive that same weekend.

During the test drive Manny was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire sales transaction took half the time I expected, went very smoothly and was, surprisingly, relatively stress-free! Michelle handled my sales documents professionally and thoroughly, and Anthony completed my financing with the same level of service.

As a Tischer customer I got a sense that they truly value my business and desire this to be the first of my
many Tischer (and BMW) purchases in years to come.

I called the Tischer BMW and spoke to Nathan Bush about a used BMW I found online. Not wanting to drive all the way up from Northern Virginia without knowing the vehicle was in good shape, Nathan went out of his way to inspect the vehicle over the phone with me. Without his assurances that the vehicle was in pristine condition I would have gone somewhere closer. Not only did Nathan and Rick Lopez help me find the right car, they stayed well past closing time to see that all of my questions were answered. Michelle Gorham in the finance office was very helpful and made handing over money as painless as could be expected. Nathan and Rick did an outstanding job, were very professional, and left me feeling appreciated as the customer. All in all, this was my best car buying experience. I enthusiastically recommend Tischer BMW. Nathan and Rick will receive my business again in the future.

My Review of MileOne Tischer BMW:
I used the internet to try and solicit the best price for a new BMW 3 series. The next day, I started getting automatic email responses. Tischer was the first agency to call. I found the discussions pleasant and also received quotes for the specific car and features I wanted. Other agencies were either slow or did not respond at all.

So I made my appointment and visited and bought the car 2 days later. Service was excellent and I could take the car home that evening but didn't. I took the car the next day and Manny came all the way back from Fredericksburg (it was his off day) to ensure I was handed the car properly.

I would strongly recommend Tishcer and Manny for deals.

My Review of MileOne Tischer BMW:
In mid-August 2008, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2007 BMW 530i. The overall experience with the sales and finance people was very good. In fact, when my initial expectation of the delivery time was not met, the staff went overboard to see that I was happy. It was very refreshing and appreciated, because these days you don't find this with most large dealerships.

The sales person and her manager took the time and interest to find out my needs and price range and put me into a great car that I am extremely happy with.

This is my 14th car in 38 years and most likely, my best auto buying experience. I would (and have) recommend MileOne Tischer BMW to my friends and Family.

Pleasant buying experience. Great prices.
My favorite parts of the experience:
-I received a book featuring my vehicle's autobiography upon my arrival (which contained a CarFax report and the vehicle service history).
-Forthright salespersons: Maritza and Rick were both personable and knowledgeable. When we got into the negotiation process, Rick (Maritza's manager) provided me with dealer invoices, KBB & NADA values for the car, and even showed me what cars similar to mine were fetching at auctions around the country.
-Professionalism: My husband had an emergency at work, so I had to go shopping alone. I had none of the experiences that normally accompany this situation. Quite the opposite in fact. Great care was taken from beginning to end, to ensure my overall satisfaction. I would recommend this dealership to others without reservation.

My Review of MileOne Tischer BMW:
We came to Tischer BMW after having test drove a few used BMW's the week before at another dealership. We considered going to CarMax but ended up checking out Tischer because Norman Weinstock came highly recommended by a friend. The service we received from Norman from the start was wonderful, and the impeccable quality of the used car we purchased was more than we ever thought we would get in our price range. Everyone who sees our car thinks it's brand new, and it's a 2006. It was a very no-hassle process, and there was no "funny business" involved. Everyone at Tischer was informative and genuine. This was our first big car purchase, and after leaving we definitely would return for our next car. The prices were competitive, the website was informative, and the service was excellent. We also found the APR rates to be much lower than others out there. We have nothing but good things to say about Norman, Rick and everyone else we dealt with in this exciting and surprisingly low-stress process.

My Review of MileOne Tischer BMW:
I originally started working with Judy, a BMW salesperson, but eventually bought an Audi from Tischer. I still dealt with Judy and Rick Lopez from the BMW side. They were helpful and personable. I rated the quality of work a 4 because there were some chips in the paint that the detailers missed the first time. They did correct the defects the second attempt and I am now completely satisfied. Their prices are competitive. Tischer's BMW and Audi service departments were highly recommended to me by neighbors although I have not yet had to deal with the service department. Overall, I am very pleased with my car buying experience. DHB

Great service. Attentive, prompt and get the job done the first time. The service center used to be smaller and require appointments a few weeks out for regular service. They've expanded and it is a very smooth process now. All my work has been under warranty or per BMW's regular service plan, so can't speak to out of warranty work.
