Tisher Porsche sales & service is first rate; I have dealt with them for about 10 years. Sales professional Jay Cleiman is knowledgeable, professional and a long time Porsche owner--he "gets it . . ." The service team is super: George Ayoub, the new service manager is courteous, responsive and helpful--someone who listens to your issues and tries to solve problems. The technical team of Leo, Rich and Mike inspire confidence and deliver results. They may be owned now by MileOne, a large corporate multi-dealer enterprise, but you are still treated as if this was a single-unit, family owned business. All in all, I keep coming back for sales and I use them eclusively for service, even post warranty.

It was a pleasure to do business with Tischer Porsche, everyone I dealt with was very courteous and professional, no games, no b.s. They negotiated fairly and reasonably and I am very happy with the deal that they offered me. Once I had made up my mind to buy, the rest of the process was handled very quickly and efficiently. Salesperson Casey Parkin very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership.

My Review of MileOne Tischer Porsche:
As a long time Porsche enthusiast, it was my priority to seek out the best dealer in the metropolitan Washington area with whom to work in selecting a new Porsche. After conducting as much due diligence as possible online to determine which dealer was the “best”, I am pleased to say that my experience last week confirmed my research at least as to the purchase process.

Due to a heavy workload, the need to be out of town on at the end of the week, and my desire to complete a transaction before leaving town, I placed inordinate demands upon Mr. Parkin’s time and resources, having him work with me extensively via electronic mail and telephone prior to actually arriving at the dealership. Throughout the process Mr. Parkin was professional, succinct, and very helpful.

Further, Mr. Parkin made himself available to answer my questions and concerns far beyond the normal parameters for working hours; his commitment to ensure the right “fit” for me, rather than just getting me into “any” car was thoroughly commendable.

Finally, even when I had eleventh hour equivocations, Casey patiently walked me through the review and test drive of two different Cayennes. I was pleased to leave the lot with a car that I appreciated and was already familiar to me because of Casey’s expert guidance.

In conclusion, I look forward to unequivocally and enthusiastically recommending Tischer Porsche in general, and Mr. Casey Parkin, in specific, to friends, colleagues, and clients.

...have had the new Carrera S only a few days, so my comments relate primarily to the 'buying' experience. As one who is retired and tried to be 'professional' in my work, I greatly respect the demeanor and efforts of both Casey and Chas: they are 'fanatics' on Porsches in the best sense of the word. Would you want it any other way? There was NO pressure beyond that they may have exercised in guiding you toward the 'right' car for you. They handled the details, with Joanne McCarthy's help, in a straightforward fashion with none of the subtle BS so often encountered in this process. I'm looking forward to working with them in the future and have no doubt they represent the epitamy of a much-maligned profession.

I recently had the pleasure of buying a new 911S Cab' from Casey at Tischer Porsche. He was a gracious and thoughtful salesman allowing me to test drive a few 911's to help me decide which model was most best for me. When Porsche implemented their sweet financing deal, I called Casey and made the deal over the phone. Even though I am a Pennsylvania resident the paperwork was properly prepared and i picked up the car w/o incident. Overall it was a pleasant, professional, experience. Casey was a knowledgeable salesman and I will be a repeat customer!

My Review of MileOne Tischer Porsche:
I bought my first Boxster from Tischer in 1999 and through the years I occasionally visited Tischer to check out cars just for fun. Everyone there has always been friendly even though I was not in the market until this year. I spec'ed a 2009 Boxster with Casey only to learn that there were not any more allotments. I was going to wait for a 2010, but I was also aware that the 2008s were being offered all over the country for great prices (I had two in mind, one in Altanta and one in Lancater, PA). There were 3 2008s on the Tischer lot that were possibilities: one I wanted had just sold, another did not work for me, but the RS60 was a possibility. Casey and Chaz lowered the price a bit more, gave me a decent price for my 1999 in trade and I drove the car away that week. LOVE THE CAR! Oh, yeah, this is about the folks at Tischer -- well, that's just it with Casey. It seems with him it is about the cars, not the sale. He is professional, very knowlegdable, friendly and so non-pressure that he is almost not a salesman. He made sure that everything during the sale went without a hitch. Brian did the financial details and that part went very smoothly. (Note: I got a sense of trusting Casey when I spec'ed my 09. I asked him if there was anything that I did not order that I should order and he recommended heated seats, if for no other reason than for resale. I don't need the fancy stuff and questioned that recommendation only to read on ppbb, a boxster chat board that I frequent, that heated seats are an almost must have option for many people. A nice independent confirmation of Casey's recommendation.)

After contacting on line and visiting in person several Audi and BMW dealerships, I decided to purchase my new Audi car from Tischer Audi-BMW-Porsche. The reason for this was that I not only goot a good deal, but more importantly first class service from the staff of Tischer in general and Mr. Casey Parkin in particular. That is why I have decided to rate my overall experience in purchasing an Audi at Tischer Audi-BMW-Porsche as great. Furthermore, since I was so satisfied with the experience that I have already recommended the dealership to a close friend of mine whose on the market to purchase a new Audi, BMW or Mercedes Benz.

Exceptional. My experience with Tischer Porsche has been a breath of very fresh air : in an age of lessening quality, deteriorating customer service, and disinterest in doing one's job well, the team at Tischer has been courteous, professional, friendly, and willing to enable my personal preferences in a new Cayman S. I have looked online for years for a specific car/colors/options, and while several turned up, there was never the first interest from any dealer, much less any help in making a transaction happen. Then I found two vehicles at Tischer, and the 'usual' dymnamic changed.

I received two emails the next day, followed by an initial phone call from Casey Parkin. In a very short order, he had checked his inventory, matched the vehicle I wanted with the options I needed to make the vehicle the one I wanted to have. Then the experience just got better ... It seems that Mr. Parkin races a Porsche, and has extensive, first-hand knowledge that is invaluable - through his suggestions and guidance, I will have an amazing car with some specific adjustments to enhance performance. Throughout the process, Mr. Parkin simply and completely handled every detail for me - as I live nearly 1,000 miles from Tischer Porsche, this has been invaluable.

Joanna McCarthy walked me through the paperwork and functional details, and went as far as to work with me on her day off to ensure all the specifics of an out-of-state sale came off without a hitch or delay.

Further, Tischer's price for this Cayman S beat several other dealers by nearly $15,000 - and when you factor in the need for hauling a car 1,000 miles, every bit of saving is essential ; saving this much while being treated well with professional courtesy is phenomenal.

If any who made read this are considering Tischer Porsche, I strongly urge a call to Casy Parkin ... he knows his stuff, is professional, efficient, and can be counted upon - quite a rare quality these days.

I decided to review my sales experience with Casey Parkin at Tischer Porsche because I was extremely happy to have dealt with him. My car took about 4 months to arrive from Germany and during that time I had tons of questions about after market parts and his opinions on things I wanted to do to my new vehicle and he went out of his way to help me. I must have emailed or called him at least 50 times and he always was available and willing to help. I cannot thank him enough and hope if anyone is looking for a Porsche, they contact Casey. I also service my other vehicle at Tischer and they are excellent.
