My Review of Millenium:
We contacted the dealerships, Internet representative in ref. to purchasing a CRV-Ex with a trade utilizing the governments, "Clunker Program". It was late Sunday afternoon when I received a call from Paul, he assured me that he would be waiting for my wife to come to dealership to close a deal on a 2009 CRV-EX. Upon arrival at the dealership Paul was nowhere to be found. My wife and my son called me to inform me that they had ended the Clunker Program. I requested to speak to the sales manager on the telephone. This young man named Mike gets on the phone in a very condesecending manner begins to mock our tardiness.I expressed my discontent with his behavior and a verbal altercation ensued. My son tells me that he wanted my son to step out into the street so he could engage in a physical fight with him. Then mike tells me on the phone to come down to the dealeship that he and his crew are going to "tune me up",This guy starts sounding like if he is either John Gotti or Tony Suprano. I can't believe the vulgarities coming out of this so called sales mangers mouth. I can understand a program ending and that we missed the deadline but this individuals actions and behavior are unacceptable and dangerous. He should be fired immediately. In closing I will be contacting the various institutions both professional and faternal and advising them not to patronize your business establishment. You never threaten violence or gang assault against patrons, shame on all of you.

My Review of Millenium:
TRULY PATHETIC.

The service people know nothing about customer service. They are rude and do not return calls even when they promise they will. The work done was shoddy and hurried - - - the problem with the steering is still there, even after $650 worth of work. I now have to take it to a different mechanic to determine if the work was done correctly.

Save yourself tons of aggravation and avoid this place.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER !!!

I dropped off my car for service on 4/10/09. Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service's guy didn't lock the doors when he parked my car outside. Someone got in my car that night, went through my stuff, took my GPS + my car's registration, insurance IDs. The theft left the car's doors open and the rain wet the driver's side.
I called Don Stone, Service Director, for 3 days straight and finally I got the answer. He said he was not responsible for anything happen. I couldn'd believe their Service Director said that to me without a word of sorry for my lost. They kept the car and key but didn't take any responsible for it ?!?!
One more thing, one of the the reason I brought my car back for a service is because they did a NY inspection last year gave me a sticker without a punch to indicate expiration date. So, I had to brought the car back to have this issue corrected. Then I lost more stuff there.

My Review of Millenium:
On June 13, Haresh, the finance manager convinced me to leave a $500 deposit to hold the used car that we are eyeing to buy..in short, the deal didn't pushed thru and I requested their office to return my money 2 days after. I have been calling them almost everyday, to follow up for my refund. Today, June 29th, I spoke with Ahmed, known as their sales manager, and I was told that this is the first time they heard of my request for refund. NO ONE EVER PROCESSED MY REFUND AFTER TWO WEEKS. Now, they asked me to wait for another week for the reason that it is their month end and their books are closed.

PLEASE DO NOT BE DECEIVED BY THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!

My Review of Millenium:
I purchased an 09 civic there. With my hectic schedule it was difficult to even take the time to purchase it. Long story short, After everything, and driving away a beautiful car paying a ton of money a month for, I receive emails and calls from the finance manager Kurt who did my paperwork telling me the contract needs to be re-signed. This went on for almost a week and a half from me telling him 100 times I am at school or work I will make time on the wknd. He called almost 3 times every other day and 2 emails. He even talked to me like he was someone in my life important. Freaked me out! Few days pass and i receive an email from him telling me everything is fine, enjoy the car....hmmm suspicion. I immediately knew something was wrong and contacted Honda Financial. They faxed me over my "contract". And there it was both my signature and my co-signers signature forged on an entirely NEW contract with an amount higher then what i agreed on!!!!!!! I called them fuming and the co-signer and I went down there. The finance manager Kurt seemed to have left for the day, being the criminal that he is, doesn't want to face me or the co-signer. We had to re-sign the original contract and if I did not catch this i would of been paying them more money a month. I really hope that no one goes to them!!!! This dealership are crooks!!!!!

My Review of Millenium:
They are the rudest & most inefficient dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. After months of arguments over petty problems I terminated my lease 9 months early & purchased a MiniCooperS b/c I did not want to continue funding this company with my hard earned money. I was a 10 year Honda customer & in am atter of 2 year was completely soured by there treatment of thier customers. I even heard one of there service managers tell another customer she was having brake issue b/c she drove her car into a swamp??? (on Long island - not likely!!). Run for your life!!!! You'd have better luck speaking with an elephant than dealing with these clowns!

My Review of Millenium:
First had a great salesperson Rene De La Rosa - very knowledgable of his product 2009 Pilot. Said he would get back to us - we waited 3 weeks. NOTHING - Went back to dealership was told he left - Got another salesperson Will Mendoza not as knowledgeable but nice enough. Sat down to negotiate price - Told him our number - he said he would call back later that night or next day (Friday July 25, 2009 or Saturday 7/26/09. Did neither. Overall not a good experience - no follow throughs - not keeping their word - That is not the way to do business

My Review of Millenium:
My first time at Millenium Honda in Hempstead. I took my car here for new rear brakes 2 weeks ago. It took a reasonable 2 hours from the time I brought the car in to the time I drove away after service; considering it was a Saturday morning. The employees were friendly and the price for rear brakes were on par with other dealers/repair shops. Will I take my 2006 Accord back at Millenium Honda for additional service? Most likely. Overall experience was satisfactory.

My Review of Millenium:
Beware of this dealership, they are complete crooks. Bought a car from them last year after seeing their ad of carfinder. First they added some misc fees that added up to 1500 which i have no idea what its for. Next they changed the price of the car on the day i was signing the papers, and then come the presure tactics from MR. Haresh nainani - the financial guy - he wants you to buy all this insurance, extended warranty, and what not. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE TOTAL RIPOFF. Gave me mismatched tires, and in the end jacked up the price of the car form the online add to about $3000 more. STAY AWAY.
