Lillian is the best! She is responsive and makes sure that you are satisfied. She tries to accommodate timeframes and needs. If you have done some research online she is willing to listen to you and make check those issues.

I had two appointments to lease a new car. Both appointments were on time and were handled professionally and efficiently. The sales person was knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision.
"Dealer Service "
I stopped in to the dealer without an appointment due to a problem I was having with my 2015 Honda CRV. The issue, while not safety related , was a bit outside the box, by aggravating nonetheless.
Steven Murillo, the Service Advisor listened patiently, understood the problem and resolved same. He handled it professionally and had my car back to me within 90 minutes. Moreover he noted a recall and handled that as well.
It is refreshing to deal with someone who owns the problem from beginning to end.
