My Review of Millennium Honda:
BUYER BEWARE!!!! At first deal went well- sales associate took us for test drive, listened to our issues and kept re-meeting with sales manager. After we had agreed upon a price for a pre certified car they wrote up a sales agreement. The numbers did not match because they had over $700.00 of other fees. At best this practice is dealer opportunistic - but more likely it is dishonest and unethical and probably not legal as well. Pressure was immense to sign the deal right then and they refused a detailed carfax for this car which had an accident incident. This dealership leaves a lot to be desired.

My Review of Millennium Honda:
I dropped off my car for service on 4/10/09. Came back next day to pick up the car and found out that the service's guy didn't lock the car. Someone got in my car, went through my stuff, took my GPS + my car's registration, insurance IDs. The theft left the car's door open and the rain wet the driver's side.
I called Don Stone, Service Director, for 3 days straight and finally I got the answer. He said he is not responsible for anything happen. I couldn'd believe their Service Director said that to me without a word of sorry for my lost. They kept the car and the key but not take any responsible for it ?!?!
One more thing, one of the the reason I brought my car back to this dealer because I got a NY inspection there last year but there was no punch on the sticker to indicate expiration date. So, I have to brought the car back to have this issue corrected. Then I lost more stuff there.

My Review of Millennium Honda:
the service department are not service oriented and do not know what they are doing. starts from the supervisor, donald stone, to asst service manager, eric ellis nad their so called top technician, hohn. they replaced my front bearing out off "goodwill" but the defective part is at the rear. this is very scary after i spent close to $40k for a brand new 2009 honda pilot. first time i bought a honda and will be the last. i can not believe that the japanese people have these kind of people working for them. this is called sabotage!

My Review of Millennium Honda:
I have been to many dealers, from all manufacturers, but this one has got to be the PUSHIEST one on Long Island. I could not believe the pressure we recieved from both the salesperson and the 2 managers to purchase a car that day. They hardly let us leave to think it over and practically forced us into leaving a deposit. I was very uncomfortable at this dealer.
