My Review of Miller Bros. Ford:
I have had my truck serviced there several times. They have always been polite and done the work I requested.. no more no less. Randy my service adviser has worked with my extended warrantee company and and saved me thousands. They have always treated me fairly and I will keep coming back.

My Review of Miller Bros. Ford:
I recently went to this dealer, because I had a servcie light on my console, which I thought might be the engine light, but turns out was the radiator light. I told them I though it was the engine light, but I wasn't sure. They said it would be $125 for a diagnostic. I also had shaking when accelerating. They did a bunch of work, which seemed to be like a tune-up, which this vehicle should not need for 100K miles (has less than 70k now). They charged me more than $700 for the repairs (I even opted out of an induction service, they said it needed). They also said I need an axle, but I didn't have enough money for all the repairs. When I got the vehicle back, the radiator light was still on (which they said nothing about). So basically I got nothing fixed that was broken for $700+. The repairs they did had no effect whatsoever. I guess I should be greatful that they didn't brake anything. Now I have to try my luck with someone else. Already had poor service from Apple Ford and read bad review about Sheehy. What the heck am I supposed to do now.

My Review of Miller Bros. Ford:
AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE COST!!
They not only destroyed the brakes on my car. They tried to charge $450.00 to repair their mistake. I went in to replace the rotors on my car and got a diagnosis that I have a brake pad on backwards and I am missing a pin the holds it together. Let me start out by saying it is impossible to have a brake pad on backwards, let alone drive on a "backwards pad" without knowing it. The pin was broken by a service tech and they wanted to pass the blame to me. I told them I wasn't buying it. The manager told me they were professionals and their analysis was correct. I took my car without them fixing the backwards pad. As I drove off, I felt that my wheel was going to fall off!! The car was in worse shape than when I brought it to them! I drove into the next shop which happened to be NTB. They diagnosed the problem and agreed with me that it is impossible top have a pad on backwards and the one of the techs must have broken the pin while removing the pad. NTB only charged me $80 (Miller Bros. wanted to charge $450) to fix the problem Miller Bros started AND they called Miller on my behalf. They were hung up on.
Please save yourself time and money and avoid this disaster of a dealership.
