Purchased a used Acura TSX from Miller Honda, my salesman Ben was great, would do business with Ben again in a heartbeat, went above and beyond his duty to help me out. And the GM was very nice and helped get me financed when other places wouldn't touch my deal.

Do not go to Miller Honda. They are totally dishonest. We bought a car from them which had scratches on it - lots on every panel of the car and a seat belt was broken. It was a brand new car not used so we don;t understand why it had so many issues. A few hours after we bought the car we noticed the scratches. We called the dealership and they agrees to fix the scratches and give us a price reduction. The next day we took the car in to be repaired. They returned the car and said they fixed the scratches but they only put wax on the scratches. Once we washed the car the scratches were back. They blames the scratches on the Honda Factory and dragged their feet on fixing them. We called the Factory and they said its the dealerships responsibility and not theirs We asked to return the car or get one without scratches. They began avoiding our calls and ignoring our concerns. Almost three months later they still have not fixed the scratches. We are frustrated and upset that we ever bought from them. Buy from a different Honda if you want Honda. We heard from one of the sales associates that we are not the only customers who have complained about scratches and gotten the run around.

I’m currently driving a gas guzzler and with the prices of gas these days, its probably the best market to get into something with higher mpg AND something that’s probably more eco-friendly. I researched a few dealerships to get quotes and to see what was in stock. Apparently, a lot of other people are in the same boat b/c the stock is low due to the high demand. Miller Honda was one of the few dealerships that had it in stock. I went to the dealership and test drove the Insight and fell in love. I negotiated a rate that I could afford and was even able to trade in my gas guzzler. Miller Honda FTW!

Since Honda is having their national clearance event, I decided to swap out my old Honda for a newer model. I decided to check out a few Honda dealerships in the valley to see which one would give me a better deal for my trade in. I started off with Miller Honda, since it’s the closest to my house, to get a estimate of how much my car was worth and then moved on to the other ones in the valley for a comparison. To my surprise, I got the best value at Miller Honda AND they also offered me the best deal on my new CRV. Double bang for your buck! Plus, the best part of it all is that I was able to complete the entire process in a short period of time. That’s definitely a perk

discussed price for a civic by phone and email over a couple of weeks. Finally agreed on OTD price and had it confirmed by email. came in a couple hours later. person I dealt with over phone and by email - bendrskiy turned me over to another salesperson to do the paperwork. this guy said they made a mistake and refused to honor the price which I had in writing. classic bait and switch. they will lie to you about the price and waste your time. best to avoid them

Got a new 2007 Civic LX Sedan Manual. It was really difficult to find since there were only 3 or 4 of these models around all the Honda dealers in California combined. My hopes were down as I felt that I wouldn't be able to find a manual transmission sedan. Tony was very friendly from the start and even agreed to contact me if such a model came in. A few days later, the model came in. Bought the model for below invoice price and the service was great! Would definitely recommend to go there for a new Honda, just go through the internet sales department with Tony or Karen. Great people to work with! Gave me the best deal out of other dealerships that I shopped around at and also happened to be the closest dealership near my residence. Thanks again Miller Honda!~~=)
