My Review of Miller Infiniti:
While shopping for a new g35 for my girlfriend, I called Mr. David Marsh to get a price quote. When the topic of conversation turned to monthly payments instead of principal, I told Mr. Marsh that my girlfriend was a 4th year medical resident, already mired in medical school debt, and was too intelligent to fall for any schemes that promised low monthly payments at the cost of compounding large sums of high interest debt.
Mr. Marsh took great offense to this comment, and didn't hesitate to tell me so. After launching into a tirade, accusing me of making inflammatory comments, I interrupted Mr. Marsh and asked him if he was going to sell me a car, or simply "tongue-lash me all day".
He flatly replied, "I have no interest in selling you a car!".

That was my one and only experience with Miller Infiniti.

My Review of Miller Infiniti:
I have my car serviced at Miller Infiniti also, but I'll comment on the sales experience because that is also where I bought the car.

For negotiating the price, that part was a cake walk. I went through the fleet department (emailed them before I went to the dealership) and was given a really good offer. (I compared the offer to other dealers/auto brokers.) The only issue was the fleet manager didn't seem to take me too seriously at first.

Now for the finance sales... ahem manager, he played the game thick. He kinda knew this was my first car, so he tried to hard sell me everything from GAP insurance to rust protectant. I said no across the board execpt for lifetime oil changes at a reduced cost. Seriously, the car comes with a 7 year/unlimited mile rust warranty, why would I need rust protectant? Anyhoo, he didn't try to scam me into extended warranties or GAP (like the bank requires it and whatnot), but that could be because I qualifed for the advertised financing terms. All in all, I kinda expected less of the "accessories" game from a luxury dealership. I also didn't get tacked on ADM (additional dealer markup) or that other crap, but that could also be due to going through the fleet department.

In conclusion, my experience at Miller Infiniti was (mostly) positive, but it was not the same way most people buy cars.

My Review of Miller Infiniti:
The worst experience of my car buying life! Watch out read your contract they work with mirrors and will steal you blind.
My fault should have been better prepared I just did not expect such a bad experience from a luxury dealership I thought repeat buisness, good will and word of mouth was what they were all about, guess not ..make as much as you can on "the one" deal and move on to the next sucker.

My Review of Miller Infiniti:
Although I believe this dealership is owned by the same group that owns Infiniti of Santa Monica the experience was poor. The moment the sales person felt I did not want to pay their price for an automobile they went cold. No follow up calls from sales or management. This dealership was close to my home but I traveled a longer distance to Infiniti of Santa Monica after two weeks for the eventual better experience. Not a good experience at all at Miller Infiniti and I would not step foot on this lot again. Buying a luxury automobile is a total experience, not one-sided as it was at this dealership.
