Reason for Visit: Sales

I recommend this dealer: Yes

My Review of Miller-Krueger Dodge:
During the process of shopping for my Dodge Charger I have visited several Dodge retailers, and visitors to this sight may notice that I have posted comments about multiple dealers. Because I found this website a good vehicle on which to share experiences, I want to others to have the benefit of my knowledge so that informed decisions can be made.

To start off, I have not had any experience with used cars or service at this dealer. This dealer SALES staff is generally friendly, and the sales staff definitely know a lot about Dodges. However, this is a very slow-paced dealer, and it does not appear to do much volume based upon what I saw. As a result, inventory at this dealer is limited, and there is a good chance you might either have to arrange a dealer trade or outright order a car if you shop here. It is better to call or e-mail first with your needs as this dealer seems willing to accomodate most reasonable requests. I did not get the impression that the staff was out to "get anyone," but still does not excuse a consumer from doing research ahead of time. The reason why I did not use this dealer was their lack of inventory, but the sales staff and the floor manager are pretty friendly.

One final note is that this dealer is pretty primitive in terms of the physical facility. Despite the archaic feel of this dealer, I still felt most comfortable here out of all the Dodge dealers I visited. The atmosphere in the sales department is very low-key, and the price they quoted me for what they had in stock was generally fair.

Reason for Visit: Service

I recommend this dealer: No

My Review of Miller-Krueger Dodge:
I brought my SRT-4 in for service after I broke it trying to install Stage 2. They had it for days with no answers, tried to bill me for 9 hours of labor when they never called me prior for any kind of authorization; tried to get me to buy a new $500 computer (paid in advance of course) that MIGHT fix the problem. I ended up paying them $400 and I had the car towed to a local independent shop. They fixed it in 2 hours; no parts necessary.

When I talked to Randy (the owner) about this, I got no sense at all from him that he felt sorry or responsible in any way. In fact, I felt that he talked to me in a very belligerent and condescending way. Although he did agree to reverse the charge for my service (only after he initially said he could do NOTHING and I said I would file a complaint with Daimler Chrysler and the BBB), I have to say that this was the most unprofessional treatment I've ever received from a shop.
