My Review Of Miller Nissan of Van Nuys:
I just wanted to take a minute and share with anyone who is thinking of purchasing a NEW or USED automobile, that I and my friend have NEVER experienced such AMAZING customer service as we did today at Miller Nissan in Van Nuys. I went in thinking with my current credit score that they would either persuade us to get a lesser car that I didn't want or simply say that they couldn't work with me..... COMPLETELY the opposite from what I had intended. Instead, David Schmidt their Internet Specialist and Team greeted us with a huge smile, warm reception and last but not least, with respect and dignity. He heard me out, played with several options to fit or satisfy my needs and lastly, had me leave with the exact car, payment and extras that i had no intentions of receiving based on my current credit issues. I can't say enough about the experience, the Team of professionals that helped him in getting the deal done, and lastly feeling 100% comfortable in my situation with such friendly and professional service. David Schmidt was easy to work with and gave me the best price in the Los Angeles region for my Nissan Versa. He was friendly, no pressure and a great listener. The buying process was painless as it took me only a few hours total from the time I walked in, discussed pricing, a matching vehicle was obtained to finance paperwork. I would recommend them again.

My Review Of Miller Nissan of Van Nuys:
MILLER NISSAN. 5425 Van Nuys Blvd, CA 91401 - terrible service.
I do not recommend this service center.
I made the appointment on 1/19/2013 at 8:30. for 30,000 Mile Factory Minimum Requirement Service. My car - Nissan Versa cvt 2009.
I was at the service at 8:50. There were a lot of cars. Only at 9:00 adviser approached me. Adviser said the service will cost $ 419. Although online price for the same service is $ 319. Advisor (Christina Comingore) explained that the car is with cvt transmission and service of this car is more expensive. I was not satisfied with this explanation and I asked to call the manager. The manager came and explained that for nissan versa service costs $ 299 (30,000 Mile Factory Minimum Requirement Service), and the rest is extra options and they are not required.
At 9.30pm: - I agreed to the service for $ 299. Adviser said the car will be ready in 4 hours. (9.30am + 4:00 = 1.30pm).
At 2.30pm I went back to the service center to pick up the car. The car was not ready. Adviser said the car in the car wash and it will be ready in 45 minutes. (2.30pm + 45 min = 3.15pm).
At 3.50pm I went back again to pick up the car. The car was not ready. adviser said the car in the car wash, will be ready in 5-10 minutes. .... . . ...
The result: the car was returned to me only 4:20 pm.
And it was dirty! It was washed but washed very badly. I was so angry. I took the keys and left.On my way home I had to stop to wipe the glass windows, because i could hardly see the road.Before they washed it my car windows were much more cleaner.
I do not recommend this service center.
ps a couple of months before there was a different story with the same Miller Nissan Service Center. My wife came from the service after an oil change. I met her on the street. when she arrived, I noticed that the headlight didnt work. Miller Nissan Service Center was already closed.I had to replace the bulb myself.
I would not be surprised if something might happen after their service on the road.
I do not recommend this service center.

STORY PART 2
(5/13/13) I took my nissan for oil change to Nissan Service in El Monte. The full inspection of my car showed that my car is in a good condition except in-cabin air microfilter. It was recommended to change it. Although, last time when I took my car to 30,000 service at Nissan Miller, Van Nuys, the in-cabin microfilter had to be replaced. I checked it myself at home and it is doesn't look new. I have a suspicion that it wasn't replaced at Miller Nissan, Van Nuys, although I paid a full price for the service. Also, this time transmission fluid was inspected. I was told it is not required replacement. But Miller Nisssan representative at Van Nuys told me last time that I had to do fluid replacement immediately.
All Nissan's come with a long life coolant as standard. The recommended change interval is every 60,000mi as per the maintenance schedule. Miller Nissan, Van Nuys dealer are pushing changing the cvt fluid at 30,000 to make money.

My Review Of Miller Nissan of Van Nuys:
This review pertains to my leasing experience with Miller Nissan.
I worked with Steve Shim and he got me into a great Nissan Sentra LE at a wonderful price. I needed to lower my monthly car payments and not only did he work with me to get my lease payment down about 1/3 per month but he also got me more on my trade-in than Carmax. I had a Toyota and even though I had been a customer with them for 5 years, they could not get me a better deal to keep me with the company. Although I was decreasing my monthly payments, I did not have to sacrifice quality in the car and I got the bells-and-whistles that were important to me.

I had already been to another dealer searching for a car, so I was expecting the same sales mentality. To my surprise, it was the opposite, David listen to my financial concerns, limits and goals. I did not have to repeat myself and NO salesman haggling, in no time, we had a deal and moving forward with the paper work. I would recommend David and Miller Nissan.

My Review Of Miller Nissan of Van Nuys:
Brought my Nissan Armada in for service, to fix a clicking noise under the dashboard, as well as change the oil, and get a recall addressed. Eric took extremely good care of me and my car, keeping me informed as to the progress, and ensuring that I had replacement transportation (rental car) for the two days he had my car. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Miller Nissan, and would not hesitate to refer others to this dealership, and to Eric specifically.

My Review Of Miller Nissan of Van Nuys:
HORRIBLE!!! Don't go there! We have been getting the run around for more than five weeks regarding the repairs done to our vehicle. The service manager has been rude, abusive, threatening and unwilling to answer simple questions, like what repairs have actually been done to the car and what tests have been done to ensure the safety of the vehicle. Our vehicle was purchased at this dealership brand new in 2008 and the part failure should not have happened and worse, there is reason to believe that the management knew about the catastrophic part failure prior to our accident with the car caused by the breakage of a part. As soon as we bought the car, they could care less about our satisfaction with it or them.

So I walk in a cut a deal with the sales manager. (can't remember his name) some Spanish name Cabrillo or something like that.
The guy makes a deal with me and tells me that he "has to" tax the factory rebate..Imagine that..
So anyway an hor later I call him up on the phone because then we change the car on the deal...And I'm like, telling him what I want ..getting a car stock # etc. And he tells me to come get the car, swears that he has in in stock ..
15 minutes later after I'm on the way he calls me and tells me that he doesn't have the car and that he will get it tomorrow. He knew I was shopping the deal and just wanted me to walk away from the other dealer...Incidentally the only reason that I went to the other dealer int he first place was because he couldn't answer BASIC questions about models engine sizes etc.
Bottom line, the guys there not only don't know they're own inventory but they're shiesters!!
Who ever heard of tax on a factory rebate? In other words they want to tax a sum that I'm not even paying ! Why not tax thin air???

***PLEASE READ MY REVIEW....& SAVE YOURSELF THE NIGHTMARE!!!....I took my car here to Miller Nissan Van Nuys for a power window on the driver side that would not roll up or down correctly. I just wanted an estimate but the service “advisor” told me that they would have to tear the door apart first to see what was the real problem. I suspected a bad window motor so I let them do their business. He calls me an hour later telling me that they’re gonna have to replace the window motor and regulator because they are shot....and I am already $$$ into it because of the labor done so far in removing the panels of the door. I reluctantly agreed for them to go ahead with the rest of the repair because the forecast called for heavy continuous rain for several days ahead. Hours later, advisor calls and tells me my car is ready and I go to pick it up. He had a weird “guilty” look on his face and told me that while they were fixing my window motor, they accidently put a scratch on my window tint!!!...I was NOT happy!! with what went down and he offered to have the tint re-done at their tint place down the street. I instead, took it my original tint place to have it re-done because I wasn’t confident that they could match the original tint and i would have Miller Nissan flip for the bill. BUT BEFORE I could even do that, the next day, I noticed 3 DENTS on the lower part of my driver side door coming from the INSIDE!!!!.... meaning the metal was PUNCHED through the door from the inside of the door and the paint was completely chipped off on the outside..... not a scratch... DENTS!!!!... so whoever was the idiot “technician” that worked on my car, for some insane reason...decides to punch through the metal of the door with some sharp object!!!!....WHAT THE HELL?????!!!!!.... the service director comes out and I voice my anger... the kicker is...they WASHED my car and gave it back to me....without saying ONE word about the dents!!!!.... like nothing had happened and that I would not notice!!.... I told the service director that they are the most DISHONEST garage/dealership!!...washing my car, giving it back to me and not saying one goddamn word!!!. He says the the action of one tech guy should not reflect on the whole of Miller Nissan...really???... these are the people that you’re hiring to fix people’s cars???...thats YOUR team back there!!! .... so i came in with a perfectly good door, now there is a scratch in the tint and DENTS on the metal of the car!!!!....they offered to have it fixed but NEVER again will I come back to Miller Nissan for any kind of service because you’ll be ripped off from high prices AND you will have UNQUALIFIED, SHADY “tech” and “advisors” totally WRECKING the condition of your car!!!!....these guys are the WORST.... STAY AWAY!!!!...if i can give NEGATIVE 5 stars, i would!!.... pardon my French but... F*CK MILLER NISSAN, VAN NUYS!!!!
