My Review of Miramar Volkswagen Audi:
The service is the pits! I purchased a certified used car. The 2nd day I had it the check engine light came on. I took it in, they said it was an O2 sensor. The day after I got it back, the light came on again. Took the car back and they said it was the O2 sensor, that they didn't replace it before, they just reset it. Told them that I smelled burning oil after I parked my car but was told they couldn't find a leak At my 50k service they said that they put a dye in the oil so that they'd be able to tell if I had a leak. Had an appointment to for my car, took it in at 7 am and had to call at 3 pm to find out the status. I was told they didn't have time to look at my car, keep the loaner and they'd get to it the next day. At 2 pm the next day, I call and they said they are working on it that it had 2 oil leaks, they haven't looked at my breaks or any of the other things that I wanted them to yet but that they anticipated having it done that day. I had to ask them what time so that I knew when to pick it up. While everyone is always polite, the actual communication and timeliness of service SUCKS!

My Review of Miramar Volkswagen Audi:
I've owned five Audis in the past, and after a six year periods of indifference, the new S8 finally drew me back into the showroom. While the A8 may be a good car, this dealership is based on the old games you'd expect in a chevy dealership. The showroom was dark and dingy -- poor way to show such a vehicle. The salesman refused to address my questions about lease terms. The obese sales manager sitting in the back in his Members Only jacket barely looked up from his chat with another employee to grunt that its their policy to not divulge lease terms and that "when you're ready to buy the car we'll sit down and go over the numbers." Maybe one of the other 16 Audi dealers in Southern California would have done a better job, but I suspect that I'll never find out. The car wasn't worth it.
