Richard Tillman was my sales person for my new Hyundai and I have experience for the first time in my car buying experience the best, most relaxing experience I have ever had. From the beginning to the end my wife and I was treated with the utmost respect, every single question was answered and every explanation was given to our satisfaction. We felt heard and understood every step of the journey. Richard pay attention to little details (our request) and found every way to make sure we received everything on our checklist. I wish every customers experience the same service and care that Richard Tillman gave to us. No one will be dissatisfied if Richard is you salesperson. Jamie was also amazing, she sent text messages and walked me through the process and selection and was oh so patient with assisting me with my online selections. From the front desk, other sales person to the manager and loan manager took their time and treated us with the utmost respect. I felt non- pressured in making a selection and felt Modern Hyundai put my needs first. Overall, the best experience in car buying for me. More
