Arleen True called us around September 12, 2012, after we took our new Camero to Molle for a recall on the convertible top. She asked how our service experience went. I explained that the service department is top notch and our car was fixed to our satisfaction. My only complaint was that the recall had taken so long to be fixed from the time we received the letter from Chevrolet in July 2012 until Molle fixed my convertible top in September 2012. We took the recall letter to Molle upon receiving it, and at that time they didn't have the parts. They promised to call us when they did. Time passed, and the dealership didn't call us, and we didn't call and ask about it. This was partially our fault for not following up with Molle. But, Arleen True wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, so she apologized for the delay and asked if they could make it right for us by giving us a free oil change. I said, that would be nice, but, we really hadn't called the dealership back after the initial visit with the recall letter, so it was partly our fault for waiting so long to call them back. She insisted that they wanted us to be completely satisfied. So, when I went to get the oil changed in our Camero today (12-17-12) she made sure that we received a free oil change. Couldn't believe how Molle follows through with their customer service and their promises! Very professional and they made me feel like some sort of VIP. I also want to commend our salesman, Jimmy Foley, who always takes the time to ensure we are being taken care of. Whenever he sees us pull on the lot, he comes over to ask if everything is okay and if we need any assistance. One day he even took the time to sink my new smart phone into our car. Most salesmen forget who you are right after the sale, but not Jimmy! Molle Chevrolet is a first class business and we will recommend their sales staff, topnotch customer service department, and vehicle service department to everyone.
