My Review of Momentum BMW:
Horrible service ever since their new ownership. Back in the mid 90s they were fantastic. Now all they care about is the money they make on you. They are one of the very few dealers around Texas that mark-up their 'new release' cars over MSRP. The service is a joke and forget ever getting a straight answer from them. Don't even think about trying to come in unannounced b/c 1/2 the time they will turn you away.

My Review of Momentum BMW:
Smart-ass porter (kid) copped an attitude with me. He didn't acknowledge me when he brought my car to me. He had turned up the volume on my radio, then turned the radio off for me to find what he did later.
Also, as I was waiting for my car, a receptionist was talking to some other employee within hearing distace from me. She dropped three "f-bombs" as she was telling some story.
VERY UNPROFESSSIONAL!

My Review of Momentum BMW:
This dealership is dishonest. PERIOD.
They sold me a "new" M Roadster with undisclosed damage. It was like pulling teeth trying to get any response from them. In the end, with the help of the BMW of NA regional Manager, I was able to get the lease cancelled and my money refunded. However, the did NOT return phone calls or admit to any wrongdoing.
This dealership is the single worst I have ever dealt with. Do NOT GO NEAR THIS DEALERHIP.

My Review of Momentum BMW:
I have been to the dealership 6 times and everytime i'm hoping they will redeem themselves from my previous experiences... the problem is that every visit just seems to get worse... I love BMW and will always drive one... I have lived throughout the US and Canada and have had many visits to the closest BMW dealership ( min. of 20 in the past 10 yrs)... this is by far the worse dealership ... the scary thing is that they claim to be your number 1 location in north america which means there is too many people being introduced to your product by them... thats not good for BMW or any dealership that puts pride into what they do.....

My Review of Momentum BMW:
I called ahead and the arrived at the dealership ready to purchase a new 750Li, went into the showroom, looked at the vehicles on the floor, spoke to the receptionisst and informed her of whom I ha spoken with previously via telephone. After thirty minutes of waiting and a attempting to get assistance I was still unacknowledged. I went back and stood by the receptionists desk (she was on the phone) and watched as a white a guy and later an older white couple walked in andwere immediately approached and offered assistance, and even watched as the lone young white male was taken on a test drive. I actully was pissed but interested in this refresher course in race relations. After almost an hour I took my black behind to David Taylor and got an 07 Escalade (where they treated me like royalty).

My Review of Momentum BMW:
Short version of the story. My car was damaged by BMW Roadside Assistance, to the tune of $3,000. I needed repairs on both bumpers as well as new bumper supports where the moronic tow driver improperly secured my car and BENT the bumpers down.
For 3 weeks I went through hassles with the entire department, as well as being THREATENED by the tow company. The body shop manager even raised his hand to me!!!! They completely refused to repair damage "that was already there", even though it was made far worse by the towtruck driver. I had to threaten a lawsuit before things were taken care of.
Never again will I used Momentum BMW.

My Review of Momentum BMW:
The salesmen at Momentum are horrendous. In addition to being obnoxious motormouthes who don't care to even hear what the consumer is looking for, they give false information about their own vehicles! In their effort to pad their own wallets, they try to shove you towards the models they need to get rid of (which, I realize all salespeople do, but these guys are just stupid about it). If you are the type who needs to be bullied into getting a car you don't want, then this is the place for you. Informed, educated and mentally sane consumers, please, head elsewhere. Don't walk, RUN, to any other dealership.

My Review of Momentum BMW:
My husband drove to Momentum to look at a car for me while I was at work. The salesman did not even give him the time of day. My husband told the salesman what we were looking for, and the salesman asked who the car was for. My husband told him that the car was for me, so the salesman told him that he could not test drive it, and that I should be the one to take the test drive. How arrogant!! After my husband left the dealership, he went to Advantage-Clearlake. They were very friendly and this is where we have bought our last two cars. I definately recommend Advantage.

My Review of Momentum BMW:
Similar to every other post, a teriible obnoxious sales experience. Met a sales person that knew less than me about the car (in fact she knew absolutely nothing). Had to be driven out of the car lot for a test drive (by sales person who clealry doesnt have a stick shift). Then test drive is to go up and down 59 feeder road. hardly a test drive. Go to Acura on the other side of 59 and they will let you take a car home overnight to test it out. That is service. Anyway finally ended up buying my BMW from Houston North. Outdstanding sales and service. Dont buy from Momentum, North is 1000 times better.

My Review of Momentum BMW:
" beware people of color not allowed" i am brown guy went there to see a 2004 m3 or used 2002 m5 guy. first no one even came to help, i had to just wait for 10 min just to get a guy who totally blew me off. but i asked him if i could just see what color m3 and m5 were there. the guys response sure you don't want a used 3 series and just started to ask if i had a job can i pay for it. the thing he may may missed was i just got out of a 2003 mb cl55 amg 110+str. still i was fine i asked him for a test drive he said no test drive today. ok . 2 min later a white guy pulls in to the lot with a m3 with another sales rep. and this guy had enough guts to try selling me a demo m3 which another guy just pulled in with but i was not even allowed to see it .<br>i bought 2 cars that very day a 745li from expo motor and a m3 from utah these guy should be ashamed of them self for treating people differently due to the color of their skin. go to mb of sugarland and they treat you like family. i would sell my self before i go to momentum again
