Very unhappy with service.....worst experience ever. Service has no customer service at all....can care less about their customers needs. I will never return to service or recommend service there!!!!

My Review of Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore:
We took our 2005 van in for service and had nothing but problems from the time we arrived to drop off the van to be worked on. It took three days longer than they said to get the van back and once we picked it up we noticed that the plastic cover for the steering wheel was broke and not put together correctly. We called the dealer back to bring this to their attention and they stated that there was nothing they could do, they recommended bringing the van back in for service at a later date. Glenda, the service Mgr along with Tim that works in the service department were both very rude and inconsiderate. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to another dealer for any type of service.

My Review of Monroe Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Superstore:
I absolutely loved my experience. The staff from the moment I pulled in the parking lot was so helpful. I was very unsure if I even wanted to buy a car that day and they did not push me at all. They informed me of all the information that I needed and I chose to go back and purchase the car of my dreams. My husband is now looking to buy a new truck and we know where were headed.Thanks Kevin for all the advice we'll be back soon.
