I like to get my chevy's fixed and oil changes done at chevy dealers. Montell has good hours and nice people to make it work for me. I think more dealers should have hours like them.

My Review of Montell Chevrolet:
I purchsed my new vehicle in the middle of 2005 and also did a trade-in. They assured me my balance on the trade-in would be paid for within 10 days. Let's just say that never happened until 45 days later when I started to receive notices in the mail and by phone from my previous lender. I contacted Montell Chevrolet and was informed the pay-off check was lost in the mail and they would send out another check. A week went by and still no payment was received. So I called again and was given the same story and this time was blamed for giving them a wrong address!
In December 2005, IL Attorney General Lisa Madigan filed lawsuits against two Chicago-area auto dealers for failing to pay in a timely manner the loan balances due on consumers’ traded-in vehicles. http://www.ag.state.il.us/pressroom/2005_12/20051207b.html
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!
