My Review of Moore Cadillac Hummer:
Moore's slogan is "Expect More" Nothing could be further from the truth. The dealership knew there was a major issue with the engine head on the '06 H3 and did not tell us about it until the vehicle was taken back repeatedly. Then, we were told the parts would take 2 weeks to come in, and a month later we had still not recieved a call telling us the parts were in. When I called and inquired the service manager said he would check and call me right back, 6PM the following night I was still waiting for the return call. They finally repaired the engine, then we had an issue with the breaks clunking while braking. Again, we were told this was another known issue that no one never bothered to tell us about. The brakes were repaired now there is a thumping from the tires, which sounds like the tires may be "cupping" even though they were just rotated by Moore. We found out through a neighbor that there was/is a knwon issue with the '06 H3 casing excessive tire wear, so far no one from Moore has returned our calls. Stay as far away from Moore Caddilac Hummer as you can, the sale only last a few hours, service lasts the rest of the time you own your vehicle and Moore is the worst I have ever dealt with.
