My Review of Moorman Pontiac Isuzu Inc:
I bought a 2005 Montana from Gene Drazer. In less than 2 weeks, one of the tires was damaged. I had to get a new tire. I called Gene to see if it was under warranty and he told me to bring it in and they would look at it. I took it there (20 miles each way). They did not take the time to look at the tire. They just told me I would have to buy a new one. I talked to the service people and they ordered me a tire and I called the next day and was told it was there. Iwent there on my lunch time (20 miles each way). It was the wrong tire. I had to come back to work and go back the next day (20 miles each way) on my lunch hour again. Then they charged me for labor after all the trouble and not to mention the gasoline I wasted. I will never buy or lease from Moorman again and I will encourage everyone not to buy from there. Very poor service!
