My Review of Morrie's Ford:
I purchased a brand new Explorer from this dealership and had a wonderful buying experience. -- However, a fault in the steering mechanism of the vehicle kept me coming back for service MANY times over the course of the two years I had the vehicle. At the 5th time, I asked to speak with the GM who assured me that he would get the issue resolved. -- After 6 more service visits, I tried to pursue the Lemon Law to resolve the issue. Upon hearing of this, Mark called me and YELLED AT ME for not giving him enough attempts to fix the vehicle. He used VERY foul language and spoke in a tone that was anything but professional. --- I encourage anyone considering working with this dealership to avoid it at all costs.
