Tarr Hyundai

Visited Tarr Hyundai today to look at a Santa Cruz. I offered the same car as a trade-in as I did Sat at another local dealership on Sat. I was shocked to hear their trade-in offer. I guess they though I offered the same car as a trade-in as I did Sat at another local dealership on Sat. I was shocked to hear their trade-in offer. I guess they thought I had STUPID written on my forehead! I'm not talking about a few hundred $ dif. It was 3-4 THOUSAND less. This dealership will NEVER get any of my money. The salesman I spoke to was very nice, professional, and knowledgeable, but the Sales Mgrs insulted my intelligence and my car! My advice? Go ANYWHERE else. More

The general manager was extremely rude and not to just us customers, but also to the salesman’s.. I have heard rumors about how she was treating her coworkers, and I have personally seen it on different occa customers, but also to the salesman’s.. Charity, the general manager, has also took away the salesman’s commissions they had earned for selling the vehicles, and that’s all facts!! She also just fires the salesman’s if they try to take up for themselves when she’s going off on them for no reason! She is Very Unprofessional, and should not be by ANY means a general manager!!!! The best salesman’s I had EVER dealt with was Brian Cosby hands down, and now that he’s not there anymore, I’ll take my business elsewhere!! More

I have been very happy with the help I have received from Roxanne and their service department. She has helped me several times take care of issues with my elderly moms Hyundai Veracruz.
