My Review of Motorwerks:
I have had my car serviced before at Motor Werks, and generally it has been just satisfactory. I recently had my car serviced, with many engine related problems. I was not kept informed of the progress being made and the final amount to be paid was way off of the estimate. Ther service advisor had a terrible attitude and was not willing to work with me on my situation. I do not recommed Motor Werks, and my service needs will be handled at another dealership.

My Review of Motorwerks:
I've had really good experiences in the past, but my last visit was truly subpar. They kept my car for 10 days to basically repair a broken window, and they failed to make all the repairs I had asked for. Additionally, they were a bit rude to my wife when she dropped off the car for service and did not keep me advised of their progress. <br><br><br><br>

I had heard in a chat room,that if you want to get a BMW,but don't have the time to go to Germany to pick it up,go to Spartanburg,SC<br>for an awesome expierence.I went to 3 different dealers before I found the guy that understood what I was asking for and knew how to deliver it.Irv Robinson not only made it fun,but gave us many options for our return ride home. My Dad (81) came with me on the trip,and not only did we have the best time,it is a memory I will cherish for the rest of my life Irv stays in touch with me on a regular basis and will arrange to pick up my car anytime I need service....great dealership,<br>great service...
