Sales Person was efficient. There was a small issue with credibility regarding the deal, however, he handled the problem with enough professionalism to allow me to proceed. Finance manager was prepared and considerate of my time.

Would Highly recommend this dealership for any car line that they sell, the car was clean and ready for pick up and we didnt have to wait at all, they got us on our way very quickly.

My Review of Motorworld Cadillac:
Our experience at Motorworld was absolutely fantastic....Walter Roberts was one of the most professional, knowledgable and articulate sales professionals that my wife and I have ever delt with. The level of customer service provided at Motorworld is definitely on par with the quality craftmanship of the Cadallac brand. Wally took the time to go over, in detail and with patience, the key characteristics of the Escalade and how they differ from competitors - as well as review functionality after the sale to ensure that my wife and I were both familiar and comfortable with the vehicle prior to leaving the lot. The follow-up (after the sale) has been outstanding which further affirms our decision to purchase from Motorworld. We very much look forward to a long-lasting relationship and will definitely request Wally for future sales.

I have purchased from Motor World before but have never purchased a Cadillac. The salesperson I dealt with (J-Z) was very accommodating with a great personality. He even came in on his day off without hesitation the day I wanted to pick up my vehicle. Love my CTS so far!

I HAVE BEEN A GM PERSON FOR THE LAST 40 YEARS . I HAVE HAD RELATIONS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER SINCE THEY HAD MERGED . J-Z IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST PERSONABLE SALESMAN WE HAVE ENCOUNTERED. HIS PERSONALITY IS EQUALED BY HIS KNOWLEDGE OF THE VEHICLE AND THE AFTER MARKET SERVICE.

My Review of Motorworld Cadillac:
Iam giving this review because you had what I was looking for, the sales team was on top of things they had the car out front and ready to show is was about 6pm at that time we test drove and got a trade in value on our other car, figured all of the incentives and rebates and at 7pm I decided to go with the deal, keep in mind you are closing at 7 they made no complaints and said no problem, I wasnt rushed they went over everthing on the car and answerd any questions we had. Iam self employed and I know what it is like to work beyond normal hrs, they stayed because @6pm I said if I take this canI have it tonight jack said its not a problem what ever I wanted to do is what they will provide. In short these guys didnt mind staying a little while longer to make the deal and to a guy like me work is work you do it when you have it, cause you dont know when it might stop.
