My Review of Mountain Chevy-Buick:
The sales managers were far from helpful, constantly changing the figures.... Even after I was quoted a final price - tax &amp; title included, had gotten a loan approval through my credit union for slightly over the total price, THEY upped the total again! Then the trade-in wasn't part of the deal all of the sudden. <br>Needless to say, I will NOT be giving them any recommendations in the future.

My Review of Mountain Chevy-Buick:
Knowledgable and personable salesman, no pressure, unlike other dealers in Yo'town and Pitt. Finance guy shopped for a lower rate w/ several lenders. The owners came over and personally thanked us, made sure we were fully satisfied w/ the deal. We decided to buy a second car for our daughter, and have sent several friends, our experience was so good from start to finish. This is what car buying should be like. Small town dealer w/ big service, no hype.

My Review of Mountain Chevy-Buick:
This is a small dealership where the customer is number one. Unlike my experience at a number of bigger dealerships in Pittsburgh and Youngstown, I did not feel pressured. Dave Clutter was very knowledgable and even came in on his day off to accomodate my wife.The finance man, Joe checked with a few different lenders to help us get a better rate, (at least that's what he told us.)The Cline brothers, who are the owners, personally thanked us and assured us that if we ever needed assistance that they would be glad to help. At a Chrysler dealer in East Palistine, when we asked to speak to the sales manager, (I think his name was Denny,) we were told that he was &quot;really busy today&quot;. We found out he was taking a nap in the back of a conversion van.<br> We have since brought our other car to be serviced, and it was worth the 15 mi. drive. They are fast and professional. I give this dealer my endorsement.<br>
