My Review of Mtn View Ford, Lincoln, Mercury:
the whole experience was a pleasant and quick one... the only thing wrong that i can think of is the window sticker that i now have, that lists at least one featured option suppose to be on the truck, that is not on there. the paper listed the truck has ABS, when in fact it does not, per your shop techs. other then that, it was a pleasant experience dealing with Mt. View Ford, and if ever needed another vehicle, we will be back... hopefully Rodney will still be there....

Shaun Kesler was outstanding in his knowledge of his used car inventory; he helped make this an easy transaction. We came in to look at a van Shaun informed us he had traded for earlier in the afternoon. With his assurance that the van would pass the stringent service inspection and be completely detailed, we were satisfied that the deal met our budget and the van met our company transportation needs. We signed up that night. Appreciating Jason Rose's integrity in the finance proposal we purchased an extended warranty which has come in handy since the right front wheel bearing needed to be replaced after 8 months of trouble free driving. Needless to say, when we took delivery of the van the next evening it looked brand new, inside and out. We highly recommend Mtn View's professional Internet Sales division for your next vehicle purchase.

I found the truck we were interested in seeing on the internet. I recieved an email from the dealership with information giving the contact person. I contacted the dealership and set up an appointment. Even though we could not meet with them until 6:15 pm, they agreed to see us that day. My internet experience was very good. Their website is user friendly. The staff at Mountain View Ford was very friendly and helpful. The truck with the color we asked to see was waiting for us when we arrived. We were not pressured to buy the truck. Every option was listed for us to review. Rodney was very knowledgable. Jason Rose let us select the add ons we nedded and did not force us to buy anything we didn't need. Jason stayed after hours to finish our deal. Rodney also stayed and offered his services if we ever needed them. I would recommend Mountain View Ford to anyone.

I really had a great experience at Mountain View Ford. After looking around at several dealerships I was glad to be able to buy from a local one. Shaun's emails were truly informative and had some great links to useful websites like edmunds.com, so I felt like he was really on my side from the beginning. I was very impressed with Shaun's extensive knowledge of the new Focus and his top-notch presentation of the car. I felt like I really knew what I was buying. Also, Jason Rose was so helpful during financing and really helped me get a great interest rate. Thanks Shaun and Jason!
