Muller Honda is awesome! Just bought our 7th Honda (2012 Accord) from them, and here's why: They take care of us every single step of the way. Have been working with Marcus all these years, and he is just a straight shooter - treats me well, and always does what is reasonable to get the deal done. Service department is great, and turnover is low - see the same hardworking guys there all the time. And how about this? I recall years ago, the delivery process for cars could take hours and hours - just brutal. Again, here at Muller - Marcus called and reminded me of what I had to bring for delivery. I showed up at a little after Noon, had signed all the paperwork, took care of everything, even spent a few nice moments chatting with Mr. Muller himself - and was out of there by 12:45!!! No that is not a typo. When I got home, my wife says, "Wow, you didn't even look at any other cars, no other dealers, no comparisons, nothing! Why?" My answer: "Not necessary."

If you are an individual looking for a new Honda, feel free to do your shopping, but plan to do your buying at Muller, as they have the entire auto purchase and auto ownership thing down pat.

Our experience at Muller Honda was great... Very different from our past experiences in other dealerships. We were treated very nicely. Our salesman, Matt was very attentive even offering refreshments and showing us various features of the car and how it works. The sales manager, Robert Punzalan gave us a great deal. They walked us through the whole buying process and at the same token, there were very conscientious and considerate of our time. They understood what we are looking for in a car and listened to our financial requirements. We are very happy with our purchase and are now a true Muller Honda customer. The buying experience was very positive, that now my wife and I are looking to purchase an SUV in the near future (hopefully this year). Of course, we will be coming back to Muller Honda. A big thanks to Muller Honda.

Muller Honda has been good to us years this is the third car we have bought from them. I've had three different salesmen for each vehicle and all we easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Pawel took the time to explain the different trim lines for the accords and didn't mind when we ask to drive both the 6 and 4 cylinder options plus from sitting down to talk turkey to driving away in my car was about an hour which floored me (paying cash helped). overall very happy with the sales process but equally important is their service dept. We have been using them for about ten years and are great. Broken tail light? No problem fixed no charge. Thank you very much. Muller does it right.

I just got a new 2012 Honda CR-V. I walked in the dealership and asked for Paul P. I told him what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. He comes back with manager, all agreed and done deal. I like the treatment Paul extended to me a lot! No hassle! Very friendly, professional and easy to work with. Bought it on Monday, signed the paperwork, purchased some add-on's, the protection package and extended warranty. Came back on Wednesday to pick it up as all the extras would be done then. Paul then paired my phone to the bluetooth system, showed and explained all the features on this vehicle. What impressed me the most was the easy going manner that Marcus showed throughout the whole buying process. Instead of trying to get me to buy out of my price range, he offered
solutions based on what I could afford. I never felt pressured in any way and when it was
said and done I had car in my price range, a new car and a smile on my face.

I had researched this car, 2012 CR-V, for months on all the sites: KBB, Edmunds, Car and Driver, TrueCar, Consumer Guide, Consumer Reports, Cars.com... I could go on, there are so many places on the Internet to do research nowadays! I spent a few months working with several dealers in the city, but ended up feeling frustrated, angry and exhausted. Most dealers gave me the run around and I was very weary of the whole car buying experience. Seeking a new approach, I reached out to my fellow co-workers for new suggestions on dealerships they could recommend. Muller was at the top of the list, so I decided to reach out to them. I ended up working with the BDC Manager there, Joseph Lee. I got an amazing quote - he even sent me my out the door price in writing when asked. I explained that without a car, I would have to take the Metra up, so I needed to know that the car was in stock before making the trip. He said it would be - AND IT WAS! He had it out front, waiting for me to take it out for a test drive. He immediately put me at ease with a friendly smile and assurance that he had the exact car I was looking for. He then introduced me to Pawel, my extremely knowledgeable and friendly salesman. Pawel told me about every detail of the car, he even had me practice parking with the backup camera and test out the turn radius - more-so than anyone else had done! When it came time to sign on the dotted line, Gary was very professional and helpful, answering any and all questions I had. In fact, everyone there was extremely nice and accommodating, they all treated me with respect and there was absolutely no pressure, haggling or surprises. I could go on and on about the level of customer service that I was shown. They should be proud! It was 180 degrees from what I had known from the other dealers, and it was wonderful! To make a long story short (too late!), I am very happy to report that I am now a new car owner! I am so glad I had the experience of working with Joe, Pawel, Gary and everyone at Muller. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Muller Honda to anyone. THANK YOU for making the experience of buying my first new car a great one!

I bought a brand new 2012 Odyssey Ex.
I can't even expect what Kurt did.
He was so friendly, kind and honest.
Base on my experience, normal sales guy explain with hidden catches, but he didn't.
I got awesome price, APR and advise from him.
If you want to buy new car, I strongly recommend Muller Honda with Kurt Kim.
