My Review of Muller Toyota:
The last time I brought my car in for an oil change they told my I needed new brakes. Listening to everyone else in the waiting room telling me to get a second opinion I elected to pass on the work. Having two kids in the car I worried about their safety so I drove to a local garage. They showed me the brakes and they said my brakes have about 20,000 miles left. I don't know what Muller was trying to pull but I wasn't the only one in there questioning the repairs. We bought three cars from them in the past and will never return.

My Review of Muller Toyota:
They were very deceptive in charging me over the sticker price for my Prius. When I called them the following day upon realizing this, and thinking it was a simple mistake, I was told that I should have been more responsible and there was nothing they could for me. Mr. Leonard was very sarcastic and rude...I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemies, let alone friends and family.

My Review of Muller Toyota:
Drove 300 miles to see a car after receiving email and two telephone confirmations on deep discount. Upon arriving I was told there was a mistake in the price quote. Giving them teh benefit of teh doubt I tried to salvage the deal and my time by paying the full Internet advertised price less a $350 discount coupon I printed from their website. Sales manager rudely and arrogantly did NOT honor the coupon because of the fine print and said it was up to his discretion. I figured the least they could do for my trouble (600 mile round trip and wasted day) was honor their own coupon.

Hi everyone, I am going to write about my buying experience from start to finish but unfortunatlely..it is not finished. I am still waiting for them to pay off my lease (it has been a week). I will let you know.
