My Review of Mungenast Alton Toyota Scion:
We have always had great service from Alton Toyota. We bought our 1st toyota from a St. Louis dealership but for the convenience we took it to Alton to have serviced. Because of their service department (especially Brian Pruiett) when it was time to trade, we went straight to Alton Toyota and now we are on Toyota #4. They are very professional and we appreciate the coupons they send us, every little bit helps!

My Review of Mungenast Alton Toyota Scion:
Great dealer - went there with the idea of buying a hybrid. Stephen Fodge was terrific to work with. He found us the car we wanted and helped us negotiate a great deal. He was very easy to work with and kept us fully informed every step of the way as we were waiting for the car to arrive. My wife had to bring the car back a couple of days after we purchased it to get some extras installed, and her experience with the service department was exemplary! They were prompt and efficient with her appointment, and everything was done that needed to be done in a timely manner.

My Review of Mungenast Alton Toyota Scion:
I rate this dealership great for service but mainly because of the courtesy, friendliness, attention and knowledge of employee, Brian Pruiett. I will always request him regarding my service issues and maintenance. I am a female purchaser of a vehicle from Alton Toyota. Every vehicle I have ever had, I purchased from Alton Toyota even when they sold Dodge vehicles. As a woman, Brian does not make me appear stupid when I tell him of an issue that I have with my vehicle. He explains things to me along with cost and try to help out with any issue I may have regarding my vehicle. He knows me when he see me and calls me by name which I appreciate that. When he says he will check something regarding price of repair, length of time, etc.... he does what he says and he gets back in contact with me either at work, home or email. He means what he says and says what he means. I really appreciate him and he is one of your diamonds within the Alton Toyota family. He is not costume jewelry but a diamond.

My Review of Mungenast Alton Toyota Scion:
I had a 2008 Camry with an oil comsumption problem at 85,000 miles. I had a 100,000 mile warrenty and took it back to the dealer I purchased it from (Jay Wolf, St. Louis). Every time I keep changing to make it a covered repair. They told me I had to call Toyota, that I could get better results than they could. They offered to tear down the engine at a cost to me of $2,000 and it would be covered IF they found something wrong. I thougt this was crazy, they then offered to tear it down, but I would have to pay to have it put back together IF nothing was wrong. I was not happy and they would not let me talk to the Missouri Toyota District Rep. So I called Toyota and was told the only dealer in the area with the Toyota Presidental Award was Mungenast Toyota of Alton. I called the service manager at Mungenast and asked if he could/would help me. He told me to bring the car in. He checked the oil over a month and called me to tell me a factory rep would be in and could I drop the car off. A loner would be waiting for me. I didn't have to do anytihing. Bottom line the car was repaired, and I was exptremely happy and relieved. Thank you Mungenast Toyota.

Whenever we need any work done with any of our cars, the service advisors, from the manager to the owner, have been extremely helpful and professional.
We were referred to this dealership by friends in St Peters,MO some years ago, and have been satisfied with the two Priuses we bought and the service we receive for all our other cars.
Mike Young,especially, has been a wonderfully knowledgable contact for any issues we've had with our cars.
