Bought a used car from them 7 weeks ago for $17,500. 00. Turned out to be to heavy on gas (that part is entirely my fault for not doing proper research) so I went to trade it in. They offered me $7,000. Thats $10,500.00 less then I paid them in cash 7 week prior. When I mentioned I was insulted at the offer the salesman lashed back at me, instead of reassuring me or trying to be compassionate. More

Third engine going into my 2016 Sorento at 129K. First one they said I needed a new starter so I bought one at Lordco for less than half their price. The mechanic gave me the original one which I took apart and inspected, bench tested and found it to be 100% perfect! Yesterday they said again that I need a new starter for my new engine that is not even delivered yet! I busted them in their lie and gave them the original back to install when the engine goes in. I’ll drop by today to get my aftermarket starter back to keep as a spare. Buyer beware! They will definitely try to get you to replace parts that don’t need changing. The only form you need to pay attention to is the yellow sales form. Do NOT trust what they tell you days, hours or even minutes in advance. Do not be concerned about monthly payment as a priority. Pay 100% attention to every digit on that sales form, despite what you are told, before signing that sales form. If they can take advantage of you, they will. And they did. In my case, regret will be long lasting. Do not make the same mistake. Go into any deal, new or used, with absolutely no trust that a car dealer is on your side. More

When I purchased my vehicle from Abbotsford auto mall the vehicle had no floor mats. When I left the dealership the salesman Mike and financer Alicia just threw in temporary mats from another vehicle that vehicle had no floor mats. I was told because my mom ordered a vehicle that I would get weather floor mats and not to worry. It’s been a month and a half and I have had no word of when my mats are coming in. I’m not even sure if I’m getting them now as I’ve heard nothing from the dealership and my mom already has her vehicle and mats that were supposed be with mine. This experience has alone ruined my whole experience. I think twice before thinking about Kia Automall in Abbotsford. As a purchaser I should not have to keep asking when these mats are coming in that will fit my car when I have something that does not fit with no answer. Very dissatisfied More

I'm rating the service department, not the sales department, which was great. The service department charges WAY more than other dealerships - like **DOUBLE.** I first found this out with my previou department, which was great. I couldn't believe it! Now I've inquired about oil changes and GPS updates, both of which are half the cost at two other dealerships I've contacted. I told them the difference and they were very uninterested in hearing about it. They told me "all dealers set their own prices," and basically it is what it is, and if you don't like it, go elsewhere. So I will - even if it's a drive for me, I won't use this service department ever again. More

Brayden was my sales agent, and the transaction could not have gone smoother. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and I knew that he understood what I was looking for in a newer vehicle, and what my budget was. H have gone smoother. We communicated clearly and even when I thought the deal might not go through at first, he was nothing but professional, courteous and polite. When it did go through and we agreed to a price, he continued to take full interest in the rest of the sale. My experience at other dealerships has been that once the sale is done, they can't wait to be rid of you. That's not how Brayden operates. He made sure a couple of things that were written into the sale were handled for me, and has checked in at every point to make sure I'm happy. I also found Katherine, the finance manager, to be great to deal with - she's very friendly and helpful, and explained things for me clearly. I would highly recommend Brayden and Katherine. They are a credit to this dealership and have been a pleasure to deal with! More
