My Review of Muzi Ford:
After a few weeks mof searching I finally decided to go for the F150 I have wanted, and went to Muzi Ford to try and make a deal. When we arrived, we were met at the door by a tall, white heaired guy named Jim who said he was a manager and set us up with a salesperson named Alan.
alan likes to talk. Alan talks almost to the point that we didn't buy the truck as he kept asking me to make sure that was the truck I wanted once we had taken a test drive and said the truck had everything we wanted.
Despite Alan's apparent attempt to get us to not buy a truck, we said yes, signed the agreement and were then told we were headed off to the finance department.
I can tell you now that the finance department at Muzi is among the most professional and polite I have ever been in, and I've bought quite a few vehciles for myself, the wife and kids.
We were introduced to Corey the finance guy. The first thing I noticed was a plaque on his wall from his days as an Army officer - right away I knew the guy was ok - anyone who served in the Army is ok by me.
I thanked him for his service, but then said I was not buying anything extra and just wanted the best rate for my loan. I expected a high-pressure sales pitch to get me to buy all kinds of junk, but that didn't happen. Corey politely asked if he could simply review and explain the options that were available and, if I still didn't want anything, we'd be all done in about 5 minutes.
Let me say that Corey is a true professional. He presented what he called a menu of options and explained all the benefits of his extras. Despite what I normally do, Corey's explanation convinced me to take the extended warranty and the tire protection! I never do that!
I hope every Muzi Ford customer gets the chance to work with Corey in finance - he is polite and professional and a soldier. What a great combination!
