"Great car, great experience!"

I recently purchased a 2003 Subaru from My first car and I couldn't be happier.Nick and Shawn were very honest,friendly and helpful and really go the extra mile to make sure you drive away happy. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone!!

"Angie, Shawn and Nick were fabulous!"

I really was treated wonderful at my first car! Nick and Shawn showed me in and out of several cars and were very patient as I continued to change my mind! When I chose the car to buy Angie was very quick and very informative about all the paperwork. She had an extensive knowledge of all the warrantees that were available for me to consider. while I was doing the paperwork with Angie Shawn and Nick got my new car clean as a whistle! "These cars should be in the junk yard. They are not..."

These cars should be in the junk yard. They are not worthy for resale and are unsafe. Test drove an '03 Dodge truck. The suspension was awful, and engine didn't have much life left in it. Glad I wasn't deperate for a vehicle and visited a few other dealderships where I could see the kinds of used vehicles a reputable dealership offers.

"DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a car from this..."

DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS DEALER! I bought a car from this this fall and immediately had to get the transmission replaced 2 days after buying the car. Dealer said there is nothing they can do about the problem and even said that I was "annoying" for calling them and expressing my concern about the problem. They also blamed me and said I was "stepping on the car too hard and that's why the transmission went". They also started to screen my calls and would only pick up if I called from a different family members cell phone. I have never been so disgusted in my life with a business! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!

"I bought a car from my first car, and I had a great time!..."

I bought a car from my first car, and I had a great time! My car was falling apart and I couldnt keep up with the repair costs; so i came to my first in sewell looking for an affordable, reliable car. My first car had the right and perfect car for me. Angie and Nick both gave me the perfect customer service. Unlike some or most car lots; Angie and Nick did not "shove" a car down my throat or pressure me into buying a car from them. Angie was great working with me on the price on my new (used) car. Angie is a truly great spirited person with a great personality; and was very understanding on my situation. Nick was great presenting the car i bought. He describe and went over with me on the car. He went through what things where replaced on the car and everything and how everything works. I showed me to 2 things that wrong with the car, which was a couple dents and the one passenger window not working. He didnt try hiding it or skipping by it. Nick knows 100% on the cars on their lot. He describe some other cars the same way before we found the car that fit what i needed. Once i bought my car, Nick was cleaning it and waxing it and had it all nice and shinning when we were done with all the paperwork. They both are good at managing a car lot being understaffed. For working long hours and being there 6 days a week, they make it a fun experience buying a car! I would pass the word to my friends about buying cars from them anytime! They know that times are ruff! This is a car lot that i will be buying again in the future because i trust Angie and Nick and they have the lowest prices around the area including the Vineland area!

"I purchased a car that was unsafe for my baby and me...."

I purchased a car that was unsafe for my baby and me. Axel broken, brakes and strut needed replacement. Could not pass inspection and cost $1400 to repair. Scotts add is false 3mo or 2500 mile warrenty and family business. His family is in SC.

"I wish i would have went on this site as well as others..."

I wish i would have went on this site as well as others before i considered buying a vehicle from my first car. We walked on a their lot on Sunday and found 4 vehicles we were interested in seeing. The lot guy at the time was not Scott. He was pretty helpful for the 'most' part. Looking at the first vehicle, the moment the lot guy opened the door, a large rusted piece fell off. That should have been my signal to get up and leave..Unfortunitely my significant other wanted to continue and look on. The next to vehicles he has to jump and were making aweful noises that i never hear a vehicle make. By the time we came to the 4th vehicle, (i know, why didnt we leave!) It was night time. From the looks of everything it looked and sounded great. We were now there for 3 1/2 hours, with my 18mth old and 4 year old. We started to hook them up with some ins and outs with there security camera, which Scott agreed in return he would take 1000 off the vehicle. We put a 100 deposit on the vehicle which we werent told it was non refundable when he took my card - but after we got home we saw Scott jotted it down on the receipt. We came back Friday as told to purchase the vehicle with cash. When we got there, Scott was already frustrated because he was trying to sell 3 other vehicles, and non of them would start and his customers were walking away..We waited over an hour because he had no one else working besides a young girl inside. While we waited we overlooked the vehicle one last time...NOW, which wasnt there before, The sticker price was 1,000 higher then originally on the vehicle before our deal, there was large oil stains in the backseat and the door handle on the passengers side was hanging off. Since we were now waiting over 1 1/2 with no assistance and 2 kids, and aggravated of the newly found things wrong with the vehicle..we asked the women inside for a refund on the deposit and wed be on our way..She confronted Scott and he totally ignored us for another 1/2 hour because now he knew he lost the sale..We offered to finish the computer job as asked, and just give us out deposit back.."he said you shouldnt have left a deposit if you didnt want the vehicle." we told him the vehicle was NOT how it presented today when we looked over it. He said he had to confront the owner..well on his cards and plaques it says hes the owner..he kept saying over and over he will call us tomorrow when he talked to the owner..he said it wasnt a big deal, well to my family, it was. Scott started getting a nasty attitude so my significant other got upset. Scott SHUT the door behind him with rage like he was going to do something. Now, i called the cops. Scott said we had to leave and we werent leaving without out deposit since we worked on the computer for 2 hrs the prior week. He said he was goingto tell the cops " all the stuff we stole" and made some other childish threats. He now fessed up he was the owner and we werent gettin the deposit..why didnt he just say that in the first place instead of trying to pass the buck? cops came and we all parted..someone on here says he probably pays off the cops... Both night by the time my kids left the inside, their hands were BLACK.. the inside of this place is filthy with oil stains and crap in the carpet..they never vacuum its nasty and un-inviting. He's supposedly married but he didnt have a problem cuddling up against some other women on the couch while we were working with the lot guy. All these other comments about what he does to get these vehicles running, is correct. His lot guy told my significant other how the rig most of their auctioned items to work. He said he didnt care whatwe thought because he wasnt commissioned. How unprofessional. He is nothing but a liar and a theif..but to be honest now, id rather be out 100 bucks then these poor people that actually fell into purchasing with these idiots and out 1,000's. Scott will get his day..Karmas a b****. One day he'll screw with the wrong person. it would have been my significant other if i wasnt there to break it up..

"First off, I want everyone to take a look at who actually..."

First off, I want everyone to take a look at who actually rated this place "good". It is either friends of the owner or the actual owner. This guy likes to sell vehicles that are absolutely unsafe for the road. When you go to confront him about he acts like a child who just got caught in the act. Secondly, The vehicle I bought was supposedly a good vehicle. I took it to get a tune up and turns out it is the most unsafe vehicle the place has ever seen. The previous comment is a perfect name for the place " My first POS". (My first piece of S**T) If you want to end up spending more on repairs for the car than actually the car was worth,than go right ahead and buy from My first POS.

I bought a Ford Mustang few months ago for 5k and spent more than 2k to get it passed inspection. God should punish these thieves. More money spent and fixing the cats and exhause....They had it done a bad paint job which came up after couple of months.....had bad battery..
