My Review of Naber Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
I recently received a letter from Naber stating how badly they need the type of vehicle I own for the Used Car Lot. If they offered me double even triple I will never deal with their Sales manager again. As long as he is there, I won't be.

I went for a service and eyed a new Paficia. Talked to a young Salesman. Told him I wanted to discuss it with my wife. The Sales Manager came out and pratically called me a liar. He more or less demanded that I make the deal then and there. " Don't you make the decissions in your house" You don't need to talk this over with your wife", You know your not going to talk this over with your wife, who are you kidding?, were his comments.

Hell, I intend to pass this experience along to as many members of the Elks, VFW, and American Legion as will listen. I already know of two new residents to the area that have gone to different dealers because of this event.

Your Sales Dept. should take a lesson from your Service dept. on how to treat customers. After all, it's our money you want us to spend on your product.

My Review of Naber Chrysler Dodge Jeep:
I took a caravan to Nabers, explaining to them that the left front CV joint was making a noise. Being a backyard mechanic, I knew it needed replaced, didn't have the time to mess with it. BIG Mistake. They Replaced the right CV Jiont and never test drove it to see if their repair corrected the noise. When I picked it up, I didn't even make it out of the lot before I heard the same noise. When I returned to the shop, the shop writer said they would replace the worn CV joint for another $350, but would not admit to making an error or give me any credit for their mistake. Stopped by Advance auto on the way home and bought the axle and joints for about $100 and fixed it myself. Lesson learned, never use Nabers UNservice Department.
