I’m gonna be honest at first I felt like my advisor was competent but as time went on, he showed me otherwise overall good job. The oil change was fine, normal dealership pricing but i got a recommendation to replace hood struts during the free inspection. I don't know where they got the pricing for replacement of the hood struts. got a recommendation to replace hood struts during the free inspection. I don't know where they got the pricing for replacement of the hood struts. $390??? I didn’t have that work done. I bought the struts for $28 (pair) and it took all of 5 minutes to replace and I'm no mechanic. I know they are a dealership and service is where they make their money but the price to do that work is straight up price gouging! I will seriously consider what work I have performed by them moving forward. More

I like taking my car to NALLEY to be serviced. The staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable. They kept you up to date with what’s happening with regards to your maintenance and also informed The staff is great, friendly, and knowledgeable.
