My Review of Nalley Nissan:
Great dealers in the sense of tricking people for their own profit. We were new in town and needed a car - absolutely agree with one of the previous reviews - every psychological trick has been used on us, but we were too tired and in need of a vehicle and didn't trust our intuition. They sold us a car supposedly "in good condition, with no safety issues" and were overly friendly until we payed. Three days later the inspection at an independent garage showed that the car was ready to fall apart, had major oil leaks which were camouflaged by patches on the engine (!!!). When we called Nalley Nissan their answer was: "oil leaks are not a safety issue, and you didn't expect to get a good car for that price?" - we payed over 4000 USD for the car.
Nalley Nissan are extremely good crooks in a sense that they see customers as a good source of profit without any sense of shame or professional dignity. We filed a claim against them. Stay away from that place.

My Review of Nalley Nissan:
Darren did a great job getting us in and getting us hooked up with a qualified salesman, he introduced us to Rick Day. Rick worked with us for about 3-4 days, locating a vehicle that we would be happy with and he worked just as hard to get us as close as he could, to the payments that we asked for. After 3-4 days we drove away in a new Quest with fantastic payments. These guys were a joy to work with because they didn't try to sell me just any vehicle, but they followed through with the process of allowing me to select the vehicle that I wanted, locating the vehicle and working with us to get the payments that we were comfortable with. Job well done guys!

I am really satisfied with my experience at this Nissan dealership, where I bought my new Nissan Sentra 2010. The customer service was great, they were very helpful and provided timely and accurate assistance. I am very happy with my new vehicle and I appreciate Nalley Nissan team's efforts to make it possible.

Working with the Nalley Nissan of Decatur team was great. It was something I will never forget, this was my first car EVER. They worked with me from beginning to end. I think everybody should go see them if you are in the market for a car. I will be back in the future to purchase another vechile. It was a great experience and I will be a Nissan girl for many years to come.

Rick was great from his first contact with me. He dealt with things over the internet as I was recovering from surgery and did not feel well enough to come in or talk over the phone. He asked how I was feeling and hoped I felt better soon. He was the only dealer out of seven Nissan dealers to show any care or concern, or good manners when it came to my recent health. This is one of the reasons I came into Nalley...along with the lower price on the Cube. He was great. And I would recommend this dealer to other people as well.

My Review of Nalley Nissan:
I called the dealership in decatur (GA) for a pre-purchase inspection appointment. They gave me the cost and time estimate, took all my info (home address, cell number and car info) and then came back saying they don't do the pre-purchase inspection any more. Interesting. Why couldn't they just say that at the start of our conversation? Are they trying to create a data bank of users and then plan to sell our personal info to telemarketers?

Excellent service. Sales person was knowledgeable about car and if he didn't know, would/could find out quickly. No pressure, very patient. Top notch pricing. Service technician was friendly, and very personal. My second car from Nalley Nissan and would recommend to anyone.
