My appointment was set for 9am. When I arrived at the Dealership, Steve was at his desk waiting for me. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the door by a very Friendly Associate. I was introduced to Steve my Leasing Agent. Steve was ready to go!!! He was aware of my appt even though I did not speak with him personally. He was informed as to what I was trying to accomplish, letting me know that my conversation with his assistant was very successful. STEVE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, PATIENT, ATTENTIVE, AND MOST OF ALL EASY TO WORK WITH. I LOVE MY NISSAN DEALER!!!

I would definitely recommend Ramzan to anyone else. After owning and going through the car buying process with BMW and later realizing that I was ripped off and my salesman was a crook I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful Ramzan was. He was interested in getting me in the car I loved down to the color of the car and interior. For all my car needs in the future I would go to Napleton Nissan.

Steve Pearl at Napleton Nissan in West Palm Beach the best he could to accommodate my time limitations and got everything facilitated for me as fast as possible. He was unfailingly polite despite my rushed attitude and got me the best deal he could. He also spent a great deal of time explaining all of the features of the vehicle. He was very helpful to me in making an easy transition to the new car.

Horrible experience. I am from NY and bought a Nissan Armada fo keep here in my vacation home. I paid to have an OEM hitch installed for $495. They had to order it and said to bring it back in a few days and they would call. They never called. After 5 attempts to reach the salesman I drove to the dealership (30 minutes from my house). I approached the salesman and he said he tried to call me but the number was wrong - he showed me the number and it was correct. He then called Uhaul and made an appointment for me in Pompano Beach. ??? First, a uhaul hitch is $189, not $495, plus I wanted the factory hitch. Now I trying to get my money refunded and sent me part of it. I drove back and the sales manager said I would have the rest in a week. 3 weeks later and the check still isn't here. I went to Delray Nissan and they installed the hitch for $480. Plus they finished prepping the vehicle since Napleton rushed - they put windshield fluid in, removed the factory plastic that wasn't removed at Napleton, added air to the tires, popped in a few plastic pieces that were laying in the truck, etc. do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

I was a defeated woman who had been in a accident and needed some TLC. From the moment I arrived on the lot at Napleton, Yefim offered a big smile, a warm handshake, and a promise that Napleton would work with me. From the moment I walked through their door I felt at home. I spoke with Philip and had a deal in under an hour and drove off in my new Nissan Altima. Caesar was awesome in finance and he made signing the paperwork easy and quick. I highly recoomend everyone shop at Napleton.
