My Review of Napleton's Lincoln Mercury:
In short I purchased 2002 Mercedes Benz CLK430 with 40K miles from this dealer. Geoff Pebelske explained to me the car had been inspected and was in Prestine condition. Since I live 180 miles away I was unable to look at the car until I was there. Geoff and I agreed on a sale price of the inspected and prestine car. When I arrived I asked for the car to be put on a lift and immidiatly noticed it needed brakes right away and a steering damper which was causing the steering wheel the shake when driving. Geoff would not adjust the price of the car even though it was obvius it had not been instpected and it was not in prestine condition. I did purchase the car even though Geoff would not adjust our agreed upon price. When the temporay plate was attached to the car so I could drive it home oversized self tapping screws were used which stripped the nuts for the plate screws to go into. When I contacted Geoff about this issue he asked for me to supply a price for the repair from my local dealer, upon recieving the price quote Geoff said that they believed it was that way before and would not replace the nuts. It has now been 30+ days since I purchased the car and I have not been able to register the car in my state because the dealer has not provided me with a Title. I have contacted them three times for the title and each time they say they are working on it. Since my purchase I have had the following costs: Steering Damper $119, Brakes $558, Air Filters $43, Wiring repair $80, License Plate Nuts Replaced $95, Second Temporary License Plate (since I have not recieved a title )$17, Late Registration Fee $21 (Since I have not received a title) Total: $933 for a "Prestine" "Inspected" vehicle. I have only put 500 miles on the car since purchased.

After dealing with shady, slimy car salesmen this past weekend, it was a joy and a pleasure to do business with Jeff at Ogden Lincoln Mercury Kia. No loud ties! No gold chains! No pushy salesmen and rude finance guys! He was courteous, friendly and professional. I am very pleased with my car-buying experience. It's refreshing to know that there's a dealership out there who puts the customer first. Thank you, Jeff!!! I'll recommend you to everyone!
