I have called left messages for the Service Director, sent emails with no response. Had my wife’s K5 in for recall service and some routine maintenance work. At a dealership you would expect that they would know how to change oil. Apparently not here! They completely left the drain plug loose. This is something I would expect at a quick oil change place. We I noticed all of the oil on the garage floor. I called my wife who was on her way to work. She called the dealership and they told her that they couldn’t get her in until later. She asked the advisor if it would be safe to drive. His smart$&& answer was! I don’t know you should check it. No sh$$!!! But she shouldn’t have too. I have lost a lot of respect for this dealership!!! More

I would give this dealership a minus 5 if I could. I went to this dealer to purchase a 2018 Camry in a cash deal. I made a VIP appointment because I live over an hour away. Arrived on time for the ap I went to this dealer to purchase a 2018 Camry in a cash deal. I made a VIP appointment because I live over an hour away. Arrived on time for the appointment. Met my salesman and he took me outside to see the car. It looked in good condition and I test drove it. After the test drive, I indicated that I would like to purchase the car. I told him that I would pay for it in full (no financing was needed). I offered to get a cashier’s check and he told me I could pay with a personal check. I asked when the car would be ready to take home. He told me that it needed a headlight changed and they would wash and prep the car prior to delivery. I signed and dated 10- 12 papers, that clearly indicated that I was buying the car for a fixed dollar amount, per his request. He then told me the car will be ready the next day by noon or 12:30. I left the dealership and stopped at my bank to transfer enough funds to cover the cost of the car. I came back the next day with my checkbook in hand and ready to take the car home. When I got there, nothing had been done to prep the car. He lied and told me it was because the headlight was not in stock and they had to order the headlight and they were sent the wrong headlight. He assured me they had already re-ordered the correct headlight and would get in touch with me when it was ready. I noticed a large red card in the front window that said "SOLD" and it had my salesman's name on it. An entire week went by and I had not heard back, so I decided to call my salesman. He transferred me to his manager Jason K. I was then told that the car had been sold to someone else. I was appalled. Jason K. told me that they had not heard from me, so they went ahead and sold it to someone else. I told him that the last thing I was told was that I would be contacted to come out and pick up the car once the headlight was replaced. He again said the car was gone and there was nothing he could do. No apology. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Stay away from this shady dealership that lies to its customers. The manager even gave me a bad email and call back number. Bad news all around!! More

Dealership service department failed to diagnose engine problems prior to complete engine failure, and refused to honor extended warranty for Rod Bearing Failure, which was clearly and direct result of thi problems prior to complete engine failure, and refused to honor extended warranty for Rod Bearing Failure, which was clearly and direct result of this failure. Kia Customer Care Service would not back this claim since they rely solely on the dealers findings. This is a clear failure to dismiss this claim on Kia's lack of involvement, and the dealers complete negligence of pre-emptive service. Service after sales is not Kia's or Mid Rivers Kia priority. Furthermore this dealership had no General Manager to address these issues with beyond the Service Manager. Very unprofessional establishment. More

Bought a new 23 Sportage. Vehicle has refused to start 6 times in 6 months. Made an appointment for service. Called in the afternoon after check in car in at 7:45. No answer. Was informed it would take 24 to 72 hours to run diagnostic. No loaner cars available. 6 days later was told my car was ready. Problem could not be found. Was told I would have to wait for a catastrophic failure to fix issue. Afraid to take it anywhere. So much for KIA service. More
