My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep:
very poor resolution of the electrical problem I had with my minivan, they keept telling me the problem but do not fixed and charged me for 3 hours to find the problem. The solution was to disconect completely the part (door) and if I want to fix it I have to pay triple amount of what I already paid. Unfairly and discriminating treatment and also intimidating position from the people involved (technician). I strongly recommend to everybody stay far away from this dealer.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep:
The service is terrible. I had my car towed to this location because of a malfunctioning remote key and my car would not start. The service department never informed me as to the problem until I placed several calls to them. Mr. Morsy the service advisor was rude. He informed me my key was damaged and that I must replace the old one. When I retrieved my vehicle a week later they had given me a new key along with the original-cost incurred $150.00! I didn't need a new key.

They were also to correct a problem with my sun-roof from a previous visit. The sun-roof still doesn't operate properly. This dearler is closest to my house, however in the future I'll drive 25-30 miles to a suburban dealership that several jeep owners have recommended.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep:
Having our mini-van serviced here was one of the most dehumanizing and infuriating experiences my wife and I have ever had. They charged us over $100 just to look at our car, then the refused to fix the sideview mirror that was damaged while the van was in their posession, parked on Western Ave. in heavy traffic for 48 hours while they ignored it! We actually had to get an attorney involved just to get them to respond to our complaints at all, yet in the end we had to pay them! All of this and the service manager wouldn't even return our phone calls. These people should be ashamed of themselves. Please stay far away from Napleton's.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep:
We had a very poor experience with our last vehicle purchase. At just 7300 miles, our Jeep has continual problems, and though the service department continually states that the probems are fixed, we still have the same issues.

In addition, we are members of the In Circle club, and have tried to cancel our membership, but the dealership somehow continues to bill us, and does not cancel the membership. Going for oil changes typically will take 2 hours out of our day due to the slow service.

I do not recommend this dealership.

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep:
I bought a 95 Jeep Wrangler from the dealership and it was a very pleasant experience, and I was even able to get a 2 year warranty on the vehicle which is still running strong after the 2 year mark. Strong on service, strong on sales. Not a lot to be said, the deal did not take very long to complete. Met with service, met with the parts department, met with the managers of the sales department and finance department. all in order to be introduced so I know who to contact for service further on down the road.<br><br>

My Review of Napleton's Northwestern Chrysler Jeep:
An ad was placed in the paper with the wrong price however we were not told until after we started filling out the paperwork. We verified the price we saw 3 times before driving 59 miles to get there. Once there, we again were told that that price would be honored because they are a 5 star dealer and were in good standing with the better business bureau. After starting the paperwork they said that there was no way that they could sell the truck for that price. We were told three different prices for the truck, each being higher than the first. We even tried to reach a reasonable difference in their price and the advertised price still nothing was accomplished. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
