When i got there the payment became almost $800 am month. There were people in front of me with another salesman who wanted to buy 2 cars and the salesman wanted there License before he would give them a price and so they walked out and the salesman was cursing about them after they walked out that he spent 2 hours with them. I visited the dealership to address an extended warranty issue and witnessed their busy operations. I want to highlight Mr. Diaz as an exceptional service person. He consistently exhibited a positive attitude, professionalism, and friendliness, even amidst a hectic schedule. He went above and beyond to resolve the problem with my extended warranty and efficiently handled the matter. I have an appointment but was told they are falling behind again and I can expect to be here for most of the afternoon.
