I had a great experience. I am very pleased with the car and the price I paid. I liked their indoor concept and all the vehicles were high quality. You can tell they are selective. Kris was excellent to work with, and was more than accomodating. He went out of his way to make sure I was pleased with my experience and my purchase. I also dealt with Stuart alot. Stuart worked with me primarily when evaluating the vehicle. He was not pushy and made every effort concerning my inquiries and requests regarding the vehicle. I worked with Krey to a smaller degree but he was also great. Krey actually delivered my vehicle to me and did some detailing on the vehicle. I don't think detail work was in his job description but he didn't seem to mind. I felt comfortable dealing with these guys, which was not my experience with other dealers. They treat you like a human-being, not as the means to a commission! I live on the West Coast, but would definitely come back to Nashville if I had the desire to buy another vehicle. The car was in PRIMO condition, and the price was more than fair.You'll walk away from the dealership with a good car and a hand you don't feel slimy shaking.Highly recommended! Even if its used with 50,60,80000 miles. It stillCould be on a show room floor and have a new car sticker in it. These guys know what they are doing and what quality of cars to saleWhere else can you go that has all their cars inside a building? Thats a big plus in my book. Come to find that it took over a month for the trade in to get paid off when a 10day payoff on the lein was givin when the deal was made. And as of now the lein holder on the new vehicle still doesnt have the title. The address was incorrect for the lein holder on the title reassignment form. So having to deal with that and try to get it straightened out is no fun

The on line posting was very well presented in good detail making that one a good contender. From the first call to Kris he gave us comfort that purchasing in Nashville to bring Home to Canada could be accommodated as he is experienced with export. His able assistance in seeing the proper documents to the authorities was demonstrated very well. The car purchased was everything he had promoted, and ready for our pickup as promised. Kris was very cordial, assisting to get us to the store from an airport hotel upon our arrival in Nashville. The only surprise was the ease in which the entire process was accommodated. Dealer will not help with any issues. I arrived expecting a car that was in excellent condition, as advertised. The spare tire was broken, the CD player didnt work, they offered an after market radio, 100.00 gift card to have installed and a minimal aftermarket warranty to cover towing if I had a flat on the way home from Nashville to South Carolina. Cheap replacement radio was 1 disk player not 6, needed additional cables and would disable my steering volume control AND wasnt even compatable with my car. Immediately after leaving Nashville, the car ran at high rpm and kept giving a warning bell but no coordinating dashboard light. Car radiator hose blew up thirty min. later. Aftermarkert waranty that was provided would not tow because policy had not been paid for by dealer. I tried to contact dealer with no avail, I was told that I was aggravating them because they were spending time dirt bike riding. I was stuck on the side of a 6 lane hwy in the rain for 4 hours before I could have car towed to a Ford Dealership who would not accept after market waranty) I paid over 300.00 to have radiator hose replaced just so that car could be diagnosed. I was told by Nashville Auto Group that car was checked throughly before I left. Deceptive. I had car towed to a transmission shop, had to pester NAG to pay waranty, they did, a WEEK later. I paid the 500+ dollars for what limited waranty wouldnt cover. I purchase car on 7-14-12 and had to have Van Lines bring car to me ($475.00) car got to me on 8-1-12I took car to my local Ford dealer to find that the dinging noise I kept hearing was an inoperative Air Bag, someone had removed the instrument panel and removed the warning light then covered th hole with black electrical tape. All this is documented with a certified Ford Dealership. That is illegal and dangerous. I do not believe that car was ever looked at by any "Car Inspector" Buyer Beware. Dealer Owner was always at auctions or on vacation and had no time to discuss help. Referred me to their bullish attorney who made me feel like I was on trial. IT IS AS CLOSE AS A 2013 MODEL COULD BE IN REGARDS TO OVERALL CONDITIONS. THIS IS A NO-EXCUSES VEHICLE AND THE DEALER DID NOT EVEN MAKE THESE CLAIMS TO ME OVER THE PHONE. STUART AND KRIS ARE THE KIND OF DEALER EVERYONE SHOULD BE , FAIR, HONEST, AND ACTUALLY DELIVERING A BETTER PRODUCT THAN I THOUGHT I HAD PURCHASED.
