Dealership was clean and inviting. Everyone was very friendly with a warm welcome. Kim was knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in looking at and driving. Easy to deal with with no high pressure sales pitch. Paperwork process went very smoothly. And yes I would recommend this dealership.

My Review of National Car Sales:
This is the 8th vehicle we have purchased from National Car Sales. That in itself should say something. John Drake has been our salesman for the last 4 vehicles. John always works hard to find you the vehicle you are looking for. He was diligent in calling us for over a year as we had to put off this last purchase due to the economy. I would recommend John Drake to anyone. However, this last car buying experience may be our last at National Car Sales. There was a lot of difficulty with financing which I understand is not all their fault. I felt they could have been a little more up front with us. We did not get a good rate at all. In addition, signing the financing papers was a nightmare. We had to visit the dealership 3 times to redo the paperwork. The finance manager was not available at the time he had told us so we had to wait 45 minutes which caused me to miss work. I would definitely seek out my own financing plan before visiting this dealership again.

My Review of National Car Sales:
National Car Sales was an awesome place to go through my first car purchase. They had very competitive prices on wonderful vehicles. They had the features and options of a large dealership with the small, personal experience of a small dealership. Both Trent and John were helpful in all situations that arose, and worked very hard to get me into the vehicle I wanted, for a price I could afford. I would highly recommend National Car Sales in the future.

My Review of National Car Sales:
Salesmen are very low pressure. They are very friendly and answer questions. Any data they have on the repair history of the car is available for review. I have bought several cars there, and had a problem with one of them. The check engine light came on immediately after leaving the dealer. Even though it took several trips to figure out what was causing it, they stuck to it and corrected it at no cost.

I have compared prices at this location and other used car dealers. They are always at least competitive and usually much lower.

Everyone at National Car Sales was very friendly and answered all our questions! We had been looking for a used vehicle for several weeks and were very frustrated with the process. Kim was great to work with and made it very easy for us to find the right car for us! We will definitely go back when we get ready to purchase another vehicle!

I bought a Nitro over the internet and am from out of state. Therefore everything had to be settled before I got there. Also an accurate description of the vehicle was critical. All this happened. They did work with me regarding my credit union's requirments.I thank John and all the people at National.

My Review of National Car Sales:
We needed a car because our previous one was totaled in a flood. We weren't sure where we were going to get one or if we even could because we didn't have much money. We saw some reviews of National Car Sales online and thought we would go and check it out. When we were there, the staff didn't pressure us to buy anything and they were very helpful when we told them of our situation. They helped us to find a vehicle that fit both our budget and our desire for a good vehicle. They even let our son play around while we talked about financing and things and didn't get mad when he ran around. That was one of the best parts because so often people do not know how to deal with doing business and having busy children around. Overall, I think that they did a great job and helped us to quickly find what we needed.

My Review of National Car Sales:
Let me take vehicle home to drive. I was able to walk the lot and look over all the vehicles by myself. Danny let me drive several different vehicles. Danny printed out a vehicle report to show the history of the vehicle. Came in on his day off missing part of an Indianapolis Indians Game to meet up with his family later in order to insure the finalizing paper work on the deal. Finance manager very friendly and helpful! Many options on warranty and services available over many other dealers. This is my second vehicle from National Car Sales!
