My Review of National Car Sales:
I went into the dealership wanting to buy a car, and I got it. It just took a lot longer than I ever anticipated it taking. It took over two days and about 7 hours. The associates that we worked with were nice, but the process took way too long. I am happy with the overall buying process, but if you are in the search for a new car make sure you have a lot of time to waste.

My Review of National Car Sales:
I spoke with Kim on the phone the evening before visiting the dealer car lot. I had left her a message on her voicemail and she returned my call on her way home. When we arrived at the dealer, everyone was so polite and courteous. Kim was the most competent car sales person I have ever encountered when I've been shopping for a car. She knew the different cars that we looked at and gave us information that we didn't know. When the car I had seen on the internet was not available, Kim knew of so many other cars that would fit our need. The car we purchased was not anything I had looked at but Kim mentioned it to us and we LOVED it! Kim is delightful and in my opinion a wonderful asset to your sales force.
I'm 64 years old and I've dealt with many car sales people. Kim is the best hands down!!!

My Review of National Car Sales:
Overall I had a good experience at National. Kim was friendly, well informed and not overly pushy. I had lots of opportunity to look over cars and allowing me to take a car that I was interested in home overnight.

Once I decided to purchase, Kim was very thorough in introducing me to different memebers of the team.

My Review of National Car Sales:
This was my first visit to National Car Sales, although I had heard positive feedback from others I know. The sale representative was very friendly and helpful is showing me inventory which matched my interest. At no time did I feel sales pressure, which allowed me to focus on evaluating vehicles. We ended up buying a brand that we were not looking for at first, but met our family needs within our financial constraints. We took the vehicle on family vacation within a week of purchase, which confirmed our new (used) vehicle will comfortably meet our needs.

My Review of National Car Sales:
First talked to Trent Johnson in March 09, but I wasn't ready to buy yet. Trent gave me his card and asked me to call when I was ready. No pressure. Went back to look a couple of times and again, Trent was very friendly and again, no pressure. I was searching National cars web site and found the vehicle I was interested in. I called Trent around 5PM. He said he would be at the lot until 8 pm. When I arrived, he had the vehicle, (05 Dodge Durango), in the prking lot ready to go. He handed me the keys and told me to take it for a drive. Long story short, I purchased the Durango.
They gave me an unbelieveable trade value on my 02 Dodge Dakota in trade which had 235,000 mile. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying a car.

Trent was a very friendly salesman. He was very helpful, he explained everything about the the car I bought. He is very cute too!

Everyone at the dealership was very Helpful. I would come back to National Car Sales again if I were in the market for a car.

My Review of National Car Sales:
Purchased many cars over the years but National Car Sales was the without a doubt best experience overall. They really went above and beyond before AND after the sale. Great communication through out the whole process. Have already told family and friends how pleased we are with National. Was not expecting such great service and I already know where I will be purchasing my next car. I can honestly say I have never stated that before. National Car Sales knows customer service!!

I just purchased Nissan Altima from National Car Sales. The staff is very professional and friendly. They helped me to find exactly what I wanted (the color, price, milege). I would highly recommend National Car Sales to everybody.

We had a very pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle at National and have recieved excellent service after the sale as well. We had a couple of issues after the purchase and they quickly fixed the items. We feel like National Car Sales is an honest establishment and worked hard to earn our business. When we purchase our next vehicle, we will go to National first.
