My Review of National Car Sales:
National Car Sales was truly a blessing for our family. To make a long story short my husband and I have four children and one vehicle that can load all six of us around. Unfortunately right before Thanksgiving my van stop working and because of its age we really didn’t want to put any more money into getting it fix and we also didn’t have that kind of money to dish out at the time. Of course we went into panic mode and really didn’t know what to do but then decided it would be more feasible to bite the bullet and purchase a newer minivan. As I searched on the internet looking for deals on minivans I came across an ad that was almost too good to be true; a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country with a little over 29000 miles for $11,511!! The first thing that came to mind was”what the heck is wrong with that car?”. When I call National Car Sales I spoke with Mark Brown and the experience was amazing from start to finish. He explained that they had a sale going on one day where they dropped the prices on many on those models and it just so happen that particular van along with a few others stayed at a very low price adding to the great prices they already have on their selection. I called my husband at work and told him to go and look over the van and he did just that and was very please with the minivan. Now our credit isn’t the greatest so we were a little nervous about weather we would get approved or not especially with the economy being how it is. Mr. Brown informed us that they dealt with many lenders and that he was confident he could find us a lender that would fit our much budgeted needs. The next day we got a call from National Car Sales letting us know that we got approved for our minivan with no money down, so we towed in our minivan to be used as a trade in (which they gave us a great deal on) and that evening my husband pulled into our garage with our lovely new van with four excited little kids and one happy wife watching. From Mr. Brown to the financing guy my husband had nothing but the best things to say about his experience, but most importantly he left feeling like he got an amazing deal thanks to some wonderful people who chose to go beyond their jobs and helped a family. This is a great dealer that I would recommend it to everyone, from the internet to the floor I am sure that you can find exactly what you are looking for with flawless service feeling confident about your purchase. The deals they have on their automobiles are well below market value and very competitive, and the staff and floor is outstanding. I cannot thank National Car Sales enough and I defiantly rate this dealer a five star dealer. By the way just to let you know because I was still in shock about the deal we got on this minivan my husband took it to a mechanic just to make sure and a couple hours later everything checked out great and even our mechanic felt like we walked away with a steal! Thanks National Car Sales!

Allow to check out vehicles and drive without sales associate or hassle or hearing stories.
Worked with me on financing with my bank in Lafayette so I didn't need to vist Indy more than once. Did not try to sell me anything extra.
No nonsense, great experience.

My Review of National Car Sales:
My experience with National Car Sales was excellent. I had looked around and hassled with dealers for over 2 weeks before I saw the same car I had been looking at elsewhere at a much better price here. I went in and got a deal done that day. I worked with Pascal directly, but the sales manager was extremely helpful as well in coming to a final price. They are largely a no hassle dealer, but were able to make small concessions to fit into my budget. There was no pressure about the purchase or about financing. They even let me take the car for a night before the deal was officially closed. They were especially better than all their competition on the trade-in value of my old car. The used bluebook.com right in front of me to value my trade-in, and even rated it in better condition than I would've guessed to help meet my desired price. I highly recommend them, and in the current market the deals they're offering on used cars are unbeatable.

The reason why I give this seller an excellent review results in his adequate sales experiance. This seller stays at your level and doesnt try to induce a sale when the equation is impossible. As we all know, researching and buying a new car can be stressful. John's relaxed personality makes you and the situation confortable. I would recommend John to anyone reguardless.

My Review of National Car Sales:
Overall my experience with National went well. The salesman was very friendly, helpful, and understood what I was looking for. Quality was rated lower than 100% because I discovered that, on closer inspection after purchase, the engine air filter was missing. During the test drive, I also noticed that the low tire pressure light was on (service fixed prior to purchase). Regarding price, I felt that National compromised to my budget, particularly with my trade-in. National was the third dealer I had visited, and they offered 25% more on my trade, which made the overall deal fit with my budget. Customer service was good, however, there was some initial confusion, as I had made contact through Cars.com and it was unclear who was to handle the sale once I walked through the door.

I think that National Car Sales is a great place to buy a car. John was friendly from the beginning and never seemed annoyed that I called as many times as I did with as many questions that I had. Also, he never called me to bother me about whether I was coming in to buy a car from him or not. He let me take my time about my decision making without any hassles. I would definitely recommend National Car Sales to anyone who is looking to buy a new or used car in the future.
