My Review of Nationwide Hyundai:
Even though I had bought my car more than two years ago (and regretting it to this day), I wanted to share my experience with everyone. <br><br>I had arrived at the dealership after work to sign paperwork after selecting the car the day before. While it was apparent that I was definitely buying the car, they had not even begun to prep the car for me to take home--they didn't start until after everything had been signed, which then took another 45 minutes! So after a long day's work, I was rather irritable when I finally took delivery of the car--and I'm glad they knew how pissed I was. <br><br>A few weeks later, I was reviewing my sales contract and came to notice that they had overstated the amount of the payoff for my old car, but yet they had sent in the exact amount that I had owed! How clever of them to think they could keep an extra $150 for themselves. Trying to get this overpayment out of them was another ordeal in itself. I spent weeks speaking to their accounting dept in another building only to be transferred, put on hold, and spoken rudely to many times. The one lady who supposedly was the one I needed to speak to would NOT ONCE return my phone calls. <br><br>Somehow I was able to get my refund back, although it was still short by $20. I decided to cut my losses since I had enough stress from this. As far as service, I figured if they were this dishonest in the sales negotiation process, I wasn't going to let them lay another finger on my car again for service. So instead I take it to another Hyundai dealer which isn't much better, sorry to say.<br><br>I can't wait to get rid of this car since I am so buried in negative equity. Hyundai's have a very horrible resale value, as I know now.
